Surgery is next week!!

Hello, my survey is scheduleded for next Thursday. I am going with 600cc left and 575cc right over the muscle without mesh. My doctor advised I am at an increased risk for sagging or "bottoming out". She advised I wait until I can do the Breast augmentation (7k) with mesh (another 6k) or do the breast Augmentation and do the mesh in the future if needed. I'm going to take my chances and deal with potential risks of larger implants in the future. I've had no kids, I'm in my late 20s, and my skin is still very elastic. Has anyone else had to make this decision? I haven't seen any reviews talking about mesh at all.
Anyway, I am incredibly excited for next week to get here already. I have been waiting a very long time to have woman boobies :)

Not in years. Why?

Hey girl! Why did he say you have higher chance of bottoming out?

Hey!! Not sure if over the muscle makes a difference but she said anything over 500cc she recommends mesh. Sounds like the larger you go the higher the risk. They said they had a patient recently 20yrs older than me and she bottomed out in 3 months. No idea the size of the implants or if she’s had kids and all that but I’m assuming she has and the mature skin/tissue isn’t as elastic.

If anyone else has any info about when mesh is appropriate please share!

Ooh okay I understand. I went under the muscle so I’m assuming that’s why I didn’t have that convo. Following your thread, can’t wait to see!

So I am leaning towards 400cc over the muscle for mine! Have you had any problems since your procedure?

Ahhhhh. It's tomorrow. I finally got my time and it's not until to 2:00pm with surgery around 3-3:15. I'll have to find something to keep me busy. Trying to stay hydrated as much as possible right now. I've been taking T-relief tabs/arnica today to help with pain for tomorrow. I dissolve three tabs under my tongue 3x/day for the next week. Posting some wish pics. :) I'll add more *current* pre-ops of me later.

Also, my doctor did discuss the symmetry of my nipples. Yes, they are off. I am opting to go without the peri-areola nipple lift for now and see how it turns out. It is an option to do that as an in-office procedure in the future if I think I need to.

I’m sorry I do t have pics of the girls. I forgot to get them when I had my shower this morning.
They’re feeling SO full and tight. I don’t have feeling in either nipple at the moment. I feel like a linebacker because they’re up to my collarbones lol. Here’s some before pics and I have to give a shoutout to my amazing boyfriend for taking such good care of me!
