Hey!! I realized I never posted after pics once they settled. I LOVE THEM!!! Best money I’ve ever spent by far. I did get quite a few stretch marks. My skin is prone to stretch marks so I wasn’t too surprised. But they did just show up out of the blue, very red noticeable stripes. I saw my doctor and she said to keep them moisturized. I started putting Nivea 24hr coco butter on them and they have faded nicely. I also have been taking 450mg of Vitamin E oil everyday per the doctor. I know it’s controversial to do over the muscle, but Dr. McLaughlin tailors treatment to you specifically. I had enough breast tissue to go over and I did not want the animation. They feel like real boobs for the most part. Super soft and squishy. I give my experience with West Magnolia Plastic Surgery five stars. I highly recommend!!

I couldn't have dreamed of better results!! I did a breast augmentation in FEB 2020, sub glandular (not under the muscle) with 575cc and 590cc I believe. I went bigger because I'm a thick girl with a large behind. I wanted the boobs to help even me out and give me more of an hourglass shape. I could not be happier with my results!! I've had many compliments saying they look and feel like real boobs. I do have to keep them in a bra as much as possible to prevent them from slipping out of the pocket. That's maybe the only con. The staff and Dr. M did a WONDERFUL job. They were always consistent with communication and spent as much time with me as needed. I highly recommend this place!!!
