My breasts look like two boxes with scars where they don't belong

I elected to see Dr. Farella to remove my silicone implants from a previous surgery that was done 5 years prior. Dr. Farella was confident in his approach, although a bit gruff, and proceeded to tell me that my implants were to high, the shape was subpar, nipples were too low..Blah blah. He said he could fix them and give me a great shape. I brought photos and told him exactly what I wanted. No fullness at the top, straight slope down, fuller at bottom, perky nipples. He responded " I know exactly what you want. I have your photos and will keep them up in the operating room. Three years later my breasts look like two boxes with scars where they don't belong. He agreed that he did not like the outcome and would fix them with only an anesthesia charge. Great, but if he didn't get them right the first time why would I attempt a second try? Cut your losses ladies. The outcome was bad and I'm not happy. I also have weird dents were they don't belong. See my pics and please judge for yourselves.
