Dissatisfied - I will not go back to him to fix these ugly breasts

Had a breast augmentation last year and I am not happy with the results from day 1. The first Consultation he was very nice and he has always been respectful. He does explain the procedure and allows you to ask questions. He even spoke with my hubby on the phone. I proceeded to have surgery. The next day I went back for follow up and I noticed the breast looks deformed and the superior area of breasts are still empty. I mentioned it and he said I have to massage them later on to help them get down to place. The implants are filling the side areas toward my arm pits leaving a noticeable emptyness in the upper center area. After 10 months post op my boobs were saggy. I feel like this surgery defited the purpose of having it in the first place. I chose him because my sister said he was a good doctor that removed her lipoma. I went back to get them fixed and after consulting with him and feeling uncomfortable with his tone of voice, I still decided to move forward with surgery. He sounded upset . After some tests results he decided to reschedule the surgery and they never contacted me again. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will not go back to him to fix these ugly breasts. The scars looks like worms in some areas and they are ugly as well.
