1.5 years post second augmentation

So long story short, I had to have mine re-done a year later because of a rupture. I now have 405cc moderate profile. Comparing the two different sizes and profile I’ve had, I definitely recommend moderate profile rather than high profile, they will be so much softer and real looking. And I felt like 325 was a little small and 405 is a little big. I would say a moderate profile 375cc would have been PERFECT. Uploaded pictures are from about 1 month post op 2nd surgery.

1 month post op

1 month post op!!!! They have changed so much since the first week and I can’t wait to see how they look at 3 months, 6 months, a year. I am so happy with them and how they look. They are the perfect size for me. They are still somewhat firm and slightly tight. They still don’t feel like “mine” where I don’t even notice them. But I can’t push them together slightly, and push them up and down a bit, and when I walk down the stair I can feel them bouncing a bit. As far as bras I am still only wearing wireless, no push-up, and sports bras but that’s all I need since they are so perky and round. I have not started using any scar creams because I want to wait until the stitches that are poking through dissolve. But I am planning on you Cica-Care silicone sheets once they do dissolve. To anyone thinking about doing it, go for it! But make sure you have a good surgeon that values skin integrity and being proportionate to your body.

12 Days Post OP

The past couple days I’ve been feeling really good! My boobs still feel pretty tight but they’re not painfully tight anymore. I have full range of motion in my right arm and almost full range of motion in my left. In my last picture update I felt like my right breast had dropped a little more than my left which made sense because my left arm was still so tight and restricted. I feel like today they are evened out a bit more. I am absolutely loving them. One piece of advice I would give to anyone getting a BA, I have nipple cream on hand. My nipples have been so chaffed and chapped for the last couple days because they’re constantly getting hard and are hypersensitive. The nipple cream has helped immensely. I also noticed the other day, that I have 2 sutures that are poking through my incision on my right breast. They are tiny little clear threads, from what I’ve read online this is common and not concerning. I am going to call my PS just to confirm and let him know.
