Natrelle Inspira 325cc Full Profile on 5’3” 130lbs

I’ve waited almost ten years, since I was 15, for my boobs so come in. I’m now 25 and still only a 34A/32B. So it looks like I’ll have to buy my boobs instead, but at least I can pick exactly what I want! Im having surgery done on 1/13/21. I’ll be getting Natrelle 325cc full profile implants done subfascial through an inframammary cut. After my most recent consult, the nurse guessed I’ll be around a 34D after the surgery. I’m hoping for results that are very perky, round, and a lot of fullness in the upper pole.

I had my implants placed today around 1pm. Natrelle 325cc full profile round silicone implants in a subfascial placement through inframamary incision. They used deep sedation technique using IV propofol so I had a nice relaxing nap and woke up as they were strapping me in to my post op bra. I’m feeling pretty uncomfortable, a lot of chest pressure and tightness when I try to move my arms or reach around. I also feel like a hunch back haha. It’s a bit painful to straighten by back out and sit up tall. The Vicodin and Tylenol is helping though. I am only able to stand for a minute or two and walk a couple steps before I start to get very uncomfortable. I feel as though I’m having pains similar to a muscle spasm or cramp in my breast. Today I was finally able to take off the bra and shower. I’m still feeling very very tight. I’ve been hunching my shoulder and back as a natural instinct but it’s definitely slowing my skin from stretching so I’m trying really hard to be conscious of my posture. Showering was difficult so my BF had to do pretty much everything since it’s painful to reach my arms over my head. I haven’t taken a RX pain meds since Friday 1/14 and haven’t really felt like I needed them, just Tylenol. Icing has definitely helped with some of the discomfort. I am loving how they look already and can’t wait to see how they start to settle in the next week or so.
