I've been a RealSelf user for about four years now and have been considering this BA for a while. This past summer I finally made the decision to go forward with a few consults for a BA. I know a lot of people say this, but as soon as I consulted with Dr. Mariotti I could tell that he was the surgeon I was going to select because not only was his consultation comprehensive and displayed his expertise, but his demeanor was professional and friendly, two qualities that were very important to me in selecting a surgeon.

As of today my surgery is booked for mid-December (less than a month away yay!) and I have a pre-op appointment in about a week. I have decided to do a Mentor silicon under the muscle smooth and round implant. For sizing I am torn between 375CC and 400CC, however after researching, it turns out 25CC is only about a tablespoon and a half difference. I think I will probably go with 400CC because I have always desired large breasts and would rather go bigger than regret going too small. I think for profile I will be going with the high profile implant, although a lot of pictures that I have seen that I've liked have used moderate profile plus implants.

I am 5'5" and 122lbs. I have a slim athletic build and have always wanted to be more curvy on top. I will post some before pictures closer to my surgery date.

Almost 2 weeks to my surgery! Pre-op appointment tomorrow to determine final size. 95% sure I’m going to go with the 400CC Mentor high profile smooth/round implant. I think anything bigger will be too big for my small frame and anything smaller I worry that I will wish I had gone larger. My PS suggested that ultra high profile could be an option, but I worry this will look too coconut like or will stick out too much. From looking at hundreds of before and afters from women who are similar stats as me, I think 400CC HP implants with will give me the bouncy squishy look I am hoping for. My PS says my breasts are almost perfectly even (one nipple sits 1 mm higher than the other) so I am really hopeful for a beautiful end result. I currently wear a 32B from Victoria’s Secret, but can also fit a 34A. I realize their sizing can be exaggerated so I’m probably a big A cup realistically. I’m going to upload a few wish pictures soon.

I'm interested what a CC looks like with our body type being the same body type as you. Thank you!

I went with 400 cc high profile Mentor implants, they are smooth, not textured

Not that your result is bad, they are amazing and I totally understand going for more, my surgery is scheduled for March! But your pre-surgery breasts are THE most beautiful shape! :)

Attached are wish pictures. I love the round and bouncy look of all of these. Most of these women have a similar build to me so I hope that this will be a possible result. The first 3 pictures are from a user that got 450CC mentor smooth implants. That woman says she was a 32B beforehand, with similar stats to me, so my result would be slightly smaller, but hopefully similar shape.
