33yo 5'4" 127lbs Silicone over the Muscle
WORTH IT
Finally scheduled my BA for Aug 1st! I've been browsing this site for comparable body types to try to get an idea of how my cc's would look on me. I'm going with 370cc silicone over the muscle as suggested by my surgeon due to the amount of space between each breast (to bring them in). I have my post op on July 19th. Will update as we go!

Wish Pics!
Pre-op appointment is in exactly one week from today! Here are some wish pics I plan on showing my surgeon. Perfect size & shape. I wouldn’t want to end up smaller than these looks. These are definitely boob goals!

Awesome! I’m only 2 weeks out but it still feels like forever! Lol I’ll do an update with info on my pre op today & all the instructions etc... soon!

Before pics....sad ta-ta’s!
I had my pre op appointment a few days ago. I’m so stoked & super confident in my PS! We’re set on 380 cc’s silicone over the muscle. I got my labs done & rx’s filled. The labs were included in the BA cost & the scripts only came to about $50. I got a folder with all kinds of great info on pre & post op instructions. So Freakin Exciting!

No, I've lost weight within the last year or so. I have 2 kids and I breastfed them both for 4-6 months. My boobs got HUGE! It was awesome lol. But now theyre deflated. Im 33 now but in my 20's I was about 20 lbs heavier. I didn't know how to eat properly and now im loving my size and its easy to maintain now that I know better.

I have always wondered why some women get HUGE boobs breastfeeding and other not so much. I only went up about a cup size (and then went down 2). My friend went from a 32B to a 32DDD and she was pouring out of that.

I just remember mine going all the way up under my armpit almost! I have always been an average A, but with weight loss added to it all, I ended up looking like this! I always joke, these were working boobs! They kept people alive! Haha!

Your surgeon said 380 will give u those wish pics?? Hmmm I had one of your wish pics as mine and my surgeon gave me 435 mod plus....I wander if I'm gonna be huge or you will be smaller lol arent our pre boobs the same size?? Uh oh high titties here u come..

Im worried ill get too small! I didn't get high either, im going with moderate so Ill get width instead of sticking out projection.

Yes, I'm going over the muscle ( I heard going under can make it look smaller) and I told him I'm wanting more side boob versus projection. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes a bit bigger. I think body frame also has to do with it. How tall are you? I'm 5'4" and 125-128 lbs.

Ahhhhhh yes your exactly right mine are under. This is too funny I said the EXACT same thing I said I wand side boob I want bottom boob, not too concerned with the top "round boob" I'm 5ft

I have two kids breast fed got about large c when full of milk. I'm 31. I went mod plus. I'm 105lbs. I have always been about 100lbs lmfao. I maxed out once at 119. Uhhhhh huuuge. I was so proud. However I dont tell people it was when I was 9months pregnant lol. I hate being small!!! The cashier at Walmart just said my 12yr old looked like my mom!!! Its all fun and games until ur trying to find a boyfriend lol. Jk I dont care my current boyfriend which I sometimes call husband on here is 42 he doesnt seem to mind a bit
