Had an incredible experience at this office with Dr Sanderson and his staff. Really pleased with my results from the tummy tuck I had done 3 months ago. I’ve had 5 kids so my tummy has been a huge insecurity of mine for years. Dr Sanderson repaired my 3 inch ab separation, liposuctioned my flanks, and removed all the stretched out skin. Ive gone down 2 pant sizes, feel so much better in form-fitting clothing , and my confidence has been restored. This is the best gift I’ve given myself and I’m so grateful for Dr. Sanderson!
Dr. Sanderson is an artist and his staff is top notch. First experience was a breast implant revision long overdue and the results are unbelievable. Aesthetic services in-office are icing on the cake! Patient for life.
I wanted to get and augmentation and lift after having my daughter and losing 100 pounds. I went to Dr. Sanderson in Flower Mound and he was fantastic. He is very laid back, listens to any and all concerns, and is reasonably priced. We decided to go with 365 cc and 385 cc since they’re “sisters, not twins” as he says. Surgery was on 11/19/18, and so far things are looking great. I’ll be going for my post op appointment this upcoming Tuesday. The pain was different than anything I’ve experienced before- it was more muscular... like doing a chest workout using weights too heavy and pulling a muscle. Sleeping was also a challenge for me. I did better in our recliner than stacking pillows in bed. Can’t wait to see the healed results! I’ll post more as more progress occurs. Updated on 28 Nov 2018: Progress is daily! Swelling will stick around a while but progress for sure!!! Will do another pic in 2 weeks.
If I had to give one word it would be Superior!! Service, staff, knowledge, skills, experience, results and so on. I am going on 4 weeks post bi-lateral capsulectomy with silicone replacement and nipple repair, abdominoplasty and bi-lateral flank liposuction. It is amazing already!! My incision’s look incredible! Literally the best I’ve seen!! Office staff is super knowledgeable, kind and friendly! Great experience all the way around! Thank you Dr. Sanderson, Yoli, Mindi and everyone else! God bless you!
I lost 100 lbs by following the Medifast diet program in 8 months and I started working out 4-5 times a week but couldn't get rid of all the extra skin. So decided to get a tummy tuck and thigh lift. So glad I did, it's life changing!!! First week was rough especially trying to manage with the drains and compression garments and the pain. I slept in a recliner for 2 weeks but after 2 weeks I was up walking almost normal again and back to driving.
Dr. Sanderson with Flower Mound Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Spa was incredible. My results came out great with the breast lift with insertion of silicone implants. Great staff and surgery facility was very nice. No complaints at all. Pricing was reasonable and he is very articulate on describing what to expect from the procedure as well as recommend what implant size to get and whether you should go with saline or silicone. The type of lift needed is different for everyone but it is well worth it when done with implants.
I decided to give myself one of the best birthday gifts I could ever imagine. So for my 54th birthday on Aug 1st this year (2016) I had a lower Blephoplasty. My surgeon was Dr. J. Drew Sanderson he practices at The Plastic & Asethetic Spa in Flower Mound, Texas. I trusted Dr. Sanderson & had been to his office for a couple of other procedures & I have to say every time I entered that office from Ashley At the front desk to Jana his nurse & I can't forget my friend Cindy to Yoley who checked me out at the end of every visit not to mention Dr. Sanderson who makes you feel so comfortable & is always wiling to take the necessary time even though you know he's crazy busy to answer any & all questions with a bedside manner that makes you feel more like family than a patient!! I'm so incredibly happy with the results of my lower blephoplasty, words can't express how much better I look & feel! It's not drastic change but I look a lot less tried & so refreshed! For the most part what I get from family & friends are words like wow you look so rested? because I'm a private person who doesn't tell all! But it's very important for me to share my experience with any man or woman out there who may be reluctant to having this procedure done don't be trust me & go visit Dr. Sanderson you will not be disappointed, for just a couple of weeks you will want to spend most of your time inside but after a month you'll look rested & ready to feel more like yourself when you were younger & you wil not feel that you have to hide behind eyeglasses or sunglasses for the fear of someone thinking you are much older than you may really be or feel! In conclusion I trust & believe in Dr. Sanderson & staff is amazing! Don't ever think you're not worth looking & feeling better! Everyone should feel important enough to look your best! Thank you for your time in reading my review! Always know you're worth the best you can be! ??
I had a tummy tuck in March, 2016. I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Sanderson and everyone in his office. Dr. Sanderson was EXCELLENT from my very first visit/consultation, to my last follow up appointment. He was compassionate and understanding about why I wanted to have the surgery and always took plenty of time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. I am SO happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone thinking about having surgery. I could not be more pleased!!! Thank you, Dr. Sanderson and staff!!!
Dr. Sanderson is wonderful! After meeting with TONS of doctors in the area, I felt most comfortable with him. His background as an ENT definitely helped with my procedure and he was able to address functionality and aesthetics in one. His bedside manner is impeccable and his knowledge is extensive. His staff has a no pressure approach and the entire process is explained in detail. I would recommend him to anyone and would definitely work with him again.
I had liposuction on my thighs to complete my mommy makeover I had about a 18 months ago. After raising three kids and navigating 25+ years of marriage, I decided to take care of myself and have some plastic surgery. In my mommy make over I had a mini tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lipo around my waist line. (price not listed above). I then had some lipo on my upper leg---inside, behind and front of thighs in 2016.
The rupture rate for breast implants is about 1% per year or approximately 10% at 10 years. Theoretically, you could leave them in forever if they are not causing you problems, however if you choose to do this then I would pay very close attention to your symptoms and see your plastic surgeon at least yearly. I would change them immediately if you begin to develop any signs of rupture or capsular contracture. Having said that, I discuss all of the risks and benefits of leaving them in or exchanging them, but I generally recommend an exchange somewhere between 14 and 18 years out.
This is a hard question to answer without seeing you. Most of the time the change in appearance implants and breasts undergo shortly after breast augmentation is due the resolution of the swelling and tightness of the pectorals muscle and skin envelope. People often refer to this resolution of swelling as the implants "dropping" because they do appear to drop and the breasts get a more natural appearance. Most of this change occurs in the first 6 months although you may have changes up to one year out. I have found women who have had children tend to drop more quickly then women in their early 20's without children simply because the former tend to start with slightly looser skin. I would need to see you to tell you whether or not you will eventually get an acceptable appearance. I hope you obtain the look you were hoping for.
This is a tough one. If budget were no concern then I would say, a deep laser resurfacing of your face to include and aggressive treatment of your upper lip followed by filler and even a small amount of botox to prevent you from pursing your lips quite so tightly and deepening the wrinkles again. On a budget however, I would recommend just a few units of botox every few months to try to soften them and if you can work some filler into your budget then do that as well.
I am always skeptical when a company brings a new device or injectable to the market. They can always find ways to make their before and after pictures look amazing. I truly do my best to reserve judgement until I see some of my own results on my patients. After treating a large number of patients with Kybella, I am convinced it works. I tell my patients to get a minimum of 2 treatments because I have had some patients not pleased after one treatment and they may even need 3-4 treatments depending on how much fat we are treating. I would avoid recommending it in patients with extensive platysma banding because a neck lift would likely make more sense. Other than that though, I never hesitate to recommend it for people who are unhappy with their submental region.
Hi Lamyilee, Scars take a very long time to completely mature. A surgical scar may take up to 2 years before it becomes the same color and texture as the surrounding skin. You don't have to wait 2 years to begin treating this, but my point is please be patient. I would start massaging the areas with your fingers about 2 week after they have healed. Because you are trying to break up the collagen physically, you need to be pretty aggressive. To do this place your thumb just inside your nose and then rub the scar with your index finger in the creases. You have to be a little careful with your skin type using an Erb or CO2 laser, but after a few months you could consider a HALO treatment or light Erb profractional to help improve the texture.
