29yrs old BF, 2 children breastfed plus milk bank, deflated 2 degrees droopiness, 34B, 550cc HP Motiva implants. 2018 London

Hi everyone, so after spending the past 3-4 months searching through RS religiously, I have decided to add my story as I have found this platform really really really helpful.

I am Black female, 29 yrs old, have 2 children 5 & 4, breastfed both and was also part of a breast milk bank scheme as both children were severely premature and I literally had enough milk for 1000 babies. So expressed and breastfed for 4-5 years. My son unfortunately still thinks it’s ok to come for a little boobies once in a while even though there’s nothing in there and he’s 4 going on 5.

Prior to having kids I was a solid 34B very perky breast, pregnancy and birth shot me to a 36DD (I loved it) but my boobs became very deflated as soon as I finish breast feeding and I dropped to a very deflated 34B/C depending on the store. My nipples are still pointing outwards so I wasn’t that bothered by them until my ex made a comment on how droopy they had become. Couple of years later I became very self conscious about how I looked naked and in clothes, other people started to comment and I guess I just felt bad about how I looked. Not to brag but I looked good in clothes (with a good padded bra), often people wouldn’t believe that I have had children. I went from size 18/16 to size 8 post pregnancy (divorce and custody battle can do that) but the only loose or saggy skin were my breast. So I decided to research BA and see if I could improve how I looked and if that would improve how I felt about myself then that would be a bonus.

I have actively been researching for the past 3-4 months. Have had 3 face to face consultations all at the one health medical centre in Hammersmith, London, with 2 different surgeons. I am going with Dr Joffily. My surgery is 6 days away.

Dr Joffily is very kind, gentle and quiet. His consultations are very short, but he is honest and will tell you how to get the best results. The first surgeon I saw said I could only have 235cc with a lift- I was not happy as I really wanted 600-650cc without lift. I know I need a lift, but I’m planning to have another baby within the next 2-3 years. Dr Joffily initially said 500cc would be ok and I could look natural, however, I really have boob greed- and went back and he said 550cc. I trust him and I have seen his wok and he can make 335cc look like 650cc so I know he will give me the look that I desire.

I am super excited and can’t wait.

Hi everyone, ok, so Im spending 80% of my day researching BA. I have looked at RS, YouTube, Google searches etc. I really liked how 600-650cc and even how some 700cc look. I do like the very big full breast look, but I also don’t want the fake round and high look.
These are some boobs that I looked at initially and liked/wanted.

Hi everyone, so when I went for my first consultation and was super excited. I was slightly embarrassed walking into the clinic and was also surprised how many people were in the waiting room. I found it reassuring I guess, as it made me feel like a lot of people where using this clinic, therefore it must be good.

I went and spoke to the surgeon ( don’t remember his name) who told me that I had two degrees of droopiness and that I would require a lift. He explained that I should get 235cc implants which would take me from a B to a C cup. I was really disappointed as I really wanted 600-700cc.

He explained that I didn’t have much breast tissue and that a bigger implant would make my breast droop more.

I went to try on the 235cc to see what they would look like. I was not happy and knew I would go for a second opinion.
