WORTH IT
So like a lot of people on here, I've been considering having this for quite a long time now. I've always had small boobs, but they got smaller in the last couple of years as i've lost more weight from excercising more. I would like something that appears natural and not too big.

I have chosen Mr Fazel as my surgeon, I initially had a zoom consultation with him, and then a face to face appointment. I felt he was very good from the start - I had been to a couple of other consultations with other surgeons and in a few of them I felt like it was them telling me what I should get without taking into account what I think. With Mr Fazel, he was very considerate and took time to answer all questions.

I chose to go between 210-230cc after trying on the sizers, and to go over muscle. I'm aware over muslce seems to be a lot less common than under, but in my opinion I prefer how the over the muslce look - in that you don't get the sort of cleavage that under the muslce can give you. Although I have also seen great results under the muslce.

I eventually chose to go with the motiva implants in smooth silk, these are nanotextured but firm - so they are meant to have a lower rate of contraction, and less risk of rippling since they are firm. Mr Fazel recommended round implants rather than anatomical.

My surgery is booked for mid July and I am very excitied!

My stats:
- 5ft 3
- 108lb
- 30A/B -> never been measured officially, only by self measuring.

I will add some before photos soon :)

215cc vs 230cc

Terrific2319
So although I've been told quite a few times that there is no visual difference in 15cc, I've found it very hard to choose between 215 and 230.
I know I don't want any bigger than 230, and I want them to look natural. so although it is silly I am worried if I choose 215cc they would be too small, and if I chose 230cc they would be too big!

I recommend the 230! There will be very little difference

Thank you for the advice! A lot of people do seem to regret not going bigger too x

Yes! My surgeon had me bring him "wish pictures" and we decided on a range to go with after I tried on sizers between 300-350cc. The day of surgery he asked me if I still wanted to go conservative and I changed my mind and decided to let him pick my size based on my wish pictures. When I woke up, he said 370cc! I was shocked. I'm so happy I trusted him though because I would not have wanted to go any smaller. When they start to settle, mine seemed to look smaller than the first few weeks after surgery.

My surgery is booked for sat! but I have chosen the 230cc, fingers crossed they look as I hope. That's interesting, I was never sure how subglandular ones change over time, I know with the under muslce they drop and fluff a lot, do they drop a lot with the subglandular too?

To me- they didn't look like the "torpedo" look that under the muscles look like right after surgery but they looked like two huge grapefruits on my chest haha. They had this very "round" look almost like a hill right above the nipple. My surgeon even gave me a band to wear for a few weeks to help bring the implants down since they were very high and tight. Now they've settled more to wear my nipples are in the middle and they have more of a teardrop look instead of super round. Ill be 8 weeks post op this Friday so they're probably still going to change! What I noticed the most in change is the feel: maybe for the first 4 weeks they felt very hard but now they feel very soft and squishy.

Where *** not wear

Okay thats good to know! my surgeon said he doesnt usually reccommend the bands, although I liked the idea of them as figured they would make for faster progress! how long do you think it took before they started looking more natural? x

I would say around 4.5-6weeks!

Just adding some pre op photos

I've always had a little assymetry but not enough to use different implants in each one.

I feel I will be okay with them being a bit assymetrical after too as I feel its more natural.
