I can't recommend Dr Joffily highly enough He was well recommended. Polite, professional and very educated in his work. I felt immediately at ease after chatting with him and explaining what i was hoping to achieve. I went in for surgery at Harley Street only 2 weeks after the initial chat as i was keen to go ahead with the procedure. I was scheduled in for repair of my diastasis recti muscle (after having 5 children this was well worn) and tummy tuck with some abdominal vaser. I also booked for Vaser to my inner thighs also. (Hubby's treat...lol). My pre and post op stay was fantastic. The team are warm, welcoming and a special thank you to the amazing night nurse that humored me and kept me topped up with drinks. As a nurse myself i was wary of being on the other side of the bed but the care was great. I had a stay overnight and was discharged without complication the following morning. I returned on a few occasions over the post op weeks to have the drain removed followed by sutures and again all went well. No infections or concerns Healing process is going well. I'm 6 weeks post op today and can finally remove those wonderful support garments that we all so love to wear. The operation itself went well and i had very little pain following this. All i had was back pain more than anything from my posture being less relaxed due to such new taut abdominal muscles. The effects from my abdominal surgery were evident from Day one despite the swelling. The vaser to the inner thigh's though has been a slow process with less dramatic change at this time but it did state to allow 2-3 months for full effect so shall wait and see over the next month. A big thank you to Bianca for rushing me through in such a quick period of time to get the procedure booked in and keeping me informed of my follow ups and after care. I've already started to look into traveling to Brazil for some follow up Vaser to my flanks & back. Quoted received, flights and travel plans on hold till funds are available. I had an amazing experience from start to finish and Dr Joffily and his team have such a nice way about them and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy, they have your best interests at heart. The consultations were really informative, Dr Joffily and his team really know how to prepare you for the surgery and let you know what to expect. The team want you to be happy and want to help you achieve your desired goal in every way possible. It was an exciting journey and Dr Joffily achieved my desired goals at the end of the process, I wouldn’t go to any other surgery other than Dr Joffily after this journey. Bianca (Dr Joffily's patient coordinator) was there for the client every step of the way both before and after the surgery and I couldn’t of been as prepared for the surgery without her. She also was very caring even post the surgery and wanted to make sure I was ok which was very thoughtful. I would recommend Dr Joffily 100%, I think Dr Joffily is the best surgeon in the world and his team are amazing in every way possible.

My experience with Dr Joffily & the team has been exceptional from start to finish. This is not my first surgery with him and I can safely say I will not use another surgeon now. His assistant Bianca is incredibly thorough and a complete support throughout the process. Over time I’ve built a trusting relationship with Dr Joffily, his anaesthetist & nursing staff - I felt in safe hands & at ease. My results are outstanding every time. I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo to the flanks. From the very start of my journey Dr. Joffily and his coordinator Bianca have both been fantastic. My procedure was painless and done to perfection, and the support I’ve had all the way through has been great. I’m so happy with my results. I can’t recommend highly enough. Should I ever decide to have more surgery I will only ever go to Dr. Joffily.

Dr Maurino is extremely clear and knowledgeable regarding your wants and needs. He has little time for waffling on and yet he comes across very engaged and kind. As a now plus size girl (problems with thyroid, 3 children and very little time for myself) I wondered whether I would ever have beautiful boobies. I’ve wanted a reduction since I was 18. I’ve never wanted a large bust, and at one point got up to a H cup. After my consultations, emails chats with Bianca (Dr J’s PA) and Dr J, it was all booked in. I was very nervous the day of my operation. All the staff at the hospital were genuinely lovely and reassuring. Especially the nurses, Porter and anaesthetist team. Everyone put me at ease. It was a big reduction and many hours in surgery. After I came round my nurse looked after me so well. Even went out to the shop late at night to get me some lozenges for my sore throat. Bless her .in the morning I met with Dr J and he showed me the before and after surgery photos. Unbelievable. I will say, it’s not a cheap operation, but you pay for what you get. First class surgeon, facilities and care. And to me, and how I feel now when I look at my breasts it’s priceless. I love them! I really do. And If like me it’s something you’ve wanted to do for years, do it. Great team. No regrets.

Amazing professional, realistic about results and highly knowledgable. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Great experience with the patient coordinator who was available at all hours to answer any questions or concerns. Dr Joffily is clearly very skilled at what he does and my results and proof of this.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Joffily enough, my experience was seamless from start to finish and I am so pleased with the result already, he did exactly what I asked for. I started my journey looking for the best surgeon in Uk to perform Vaser lipo on me. I did not know anyone to ask for recommendations and after lots of research I found Dr. Joffily - I arranged a chat with him and eventually a visit to the Herley Health village in lindon where we agreed the surgery.After waiting several months due to Covid I eventually got my surgery and I am now two weeks post surgery and can see such great results already - the support from Bianca (patient co-oordinator) and the stay in the clinic of the day/night of my surgery has been outstanding - the nursing staff caring for me through the night were amazing and I cannot thank everyone for looking after me so well!! Here’s my honest review 5 weeks post op. I was carefully researching for a surgeon who I felt could deliver the results I desired. After a few lengthy months of consultations with various clinics, Dr Joffily stood out to me since he specialised in Vaser lipo for many years and received excellent reviews from why seemed like reliable and honest sources. During our consultation, Dr Joffily was reassuring and caring throughout and provided an overview of what would be expected should I proceed to go ahead with the surgery - this was for vaser lipo to inner thighs (slim build). He was genuine and made me feel comfortable to put my trust in him which is crucial! The patient coord, Bianca, was and has been marvellous throughout this process. She was very informative, prepping me for the requirements ahead of surgery. Very helpful and always responds to any queries that I may have.  Fast forward to the day of surgery, I was cared for by the staff in the clinic who were all SO lovely and put me at ease when I was feeling super anxious. Immediately after surgery I received exceptional aftercare until I was discharged.  Now the pain was almost bearable (probably as I have a high pain threshold) but I definitely felt extremely sore for the first two weeks.. There has definitely been a good improvement to my aesthetics and seeing changes weekly! If you’re looking for an experienced, trustworthy surgeon with such a positive experience throughout, I would highly suggest consulting with Dr Joffily!
