Hello everyone! This review is a bit over due, I went in for a consultation on March 22nd for a breast argumentation. I’m currently at an itty bitty [RS bleep] committee of 34AA wanting a full C. My doctor measured my breast pockets at 12cm each and suggested that I should go with 375cc up to 415 cc. My left side is more dominant than my right so I’d most likely have to go up 25/50ccs to my right side. I’m planing to go with having my incisions under the folds of my breast since I’ve read that there’re are higher chances of getting a capsular contracture via incisions under the nipple/arms. I’m a little scared that they might be too big for my frame since I am very petite. I don’t want them coming out looking small still but I also don’t want to look like a [RS bleep], lol. Anyway, just wanting some insight from any brave souls who has had or is going to get this procedure done with similar measurements to mine. My surgery will be on the 4th of April which is in 3 DAYS!!

Day of Surgery vs. Day 1 PO

Kaomi

Day of surgery went in at 9:30am to prep for surgery and take pictures. At 10:20am went in the operating room and laid on the table and passed out soon after being in there for 3 mins. Woke up nearly 2 hrs, feeling more pressure than pain. The nurse helped me by giving me 1 dose of oxycodone with some saline crackers. I was wrapped up tightly and had a band over my breasts.

Arrived home and was okay for a few hrs until I ate some food and took my meds. Felt so nauseous and threw everything up. This continued throughout the day so I contacted my doctor and was advised that it may be due to the anesthesia or the pain killers and to stop taking my meds and try to eat and keep some food down.

Both triceps felt ridiculously sore so I stuck some salonpas which really helped for the pain. Had such a terrible first night, neck pillow helped for some for some comfort but my back started hurting from having to sleep upright. Pain was growing so I took Tylenol which helped for a moment. Getting up to adjust my pillows was crucial, using the restroom myself was bearable ( also I started my period right after my surgery ????)

Day 1 pos op. Woke up every hr tossing and turning trying to get comfy with pain from every movement. I have a follow up appointment later this afternoon hoping I can get the bandage remove so i can breathe better. Seems as though the wrap is giving me shortness of breath. I’m in so much pain now, I am starting to have sensations in the area of where I believe my be my scar. I’m so hungry. I just want things to get better

Day 2

Kaomi
I completely stopped taking my prescribed painkillers since day 1 post op and switched to extra strength Tylenol since it was making me feel sick. I went out to get a back rest pillow yesterday to help with getting comfortable with sleeping. Started taking Arnica Montana for the swelling. Loaded my back with tons of Salonpas patches which helped so much with my backaches. Took a sleeping pill and I was out! Woke up 2 times in the middle of the night vs every hr on the first night so I feel more rested today. I have a bit more mobility on my arms so I’m able to get myself up out of bed with less pain. Dr. Says I’m able to shower today, but no more than 10 mins so we’ll see how it goes.
