I'm planning my lift and implants through cosmeditour my surgeon is Dr Veerawat, I was told via photo assessment that I have features associated with tuberous breasts and moderate asymmetry on one side. Dr V has recommended areola incision lift and teardrop implants. Originally I had wanted round implants but have been told with tuberous breasts the risk of snoopy boobs is high. I'm both very nervous and excited. Reviews I've read are very good in regards to Dr V

Wishing you the best with your surgery! Have you made a decision on the what size implant? Do you know if they will be over or under your pectoral muscles? Anymore details you have to share would be interesting.

Because I'm traveling to Thailand final decision will be made at consultation but initial assessment- dual plane, I am hoping to go from an A to a C cup 300cc

Congrats on planning your surgery! Is your doctor experienced with tuberous breasts? The snoopy look should go away perfectly fine with round implants if he releases the tight bands in the crease enough. I think round would actually achieve this better than anatomical. Also, anatomical implants have a risk of rotating.
