Week 6
Feeling good. All my symptoms are still gone. Amazing. I had some days in the past week where I was tired. But it is 100° and I work full-time! I'm still healing and need to it remember to take it easy.
A little sore around the drain holes ,scar lines and between the boobs. The right boob still has some indentation right at under the nipple and a long indentation like it's sitting up on a shelf near the scar line. And it is way smaller than the left breast. The pictures are deceiving. The previous scars from the periareolar left or more noticeable and here I puckering there because of the skin. I'm kind of pancakey! But I still Love being natural! Glad I did just the explant with capsulectomy first. That breast is to going to take many months to fill out. Then I'll make a decision whether to go for phase 2 which is the lift. That's all I ever wanted 15 years ago when I saw a PS. He discouraged me from getting just the lift saying that I would not like the outcome. I never felt comfortable with the implants. They felt heavy and foreign. And then I started getting sick and didn't realize that they were the cause of it.
So glad to feel free!!!

Massage oils
I started massage at weeks three. Mainly because I had a lot of indentations to the right breast. I use this concoction! I still have one long indentation. I just bought the cupping kit and I'm going to bring it to PT tomorrow to get some help with using it.
Postop week 4
Feeling phenomenal! I have so much energy. I've completely cleaned my house, redecorated some , cooking tons of good food and working out again. I'm more creative and focused. My mind is clear and my body feels relaxed and light. Generally happier and more optimistic. I've lost 5 lbs I think mainly due to inflammation being gone from my body.
So here are the main health issues that have disappeared since explant. On a scale from 1 to 10 they were all about an eight in severity.
Brain fog
Fatigue
Joint and body pain
Neck pain
Anxiety
Headaches
Burning shooting pains in fingers/toes
Additional these conditions are gone that I didn't even know were due to the implants.
Skin bumps
Wrinkles and crepey skin
Disruptive sleep
Inability to complete tasks/make decisions
Alcohol intolerance
Food intolerances
Food cravings
It feels so wonderful to be natural again. It's easy to sleep and move my body. I like putting on clothes and having them fit over my chest easily. Hugging is so much better!
The breasts continue to change in appearance. It's hard to capture it in photos but I've included some photos to show the changes. The right breast still has the indentation. I think it's slowly getting better. I have started going to PT as well as Acupuncture and daily self massage. My right breast has always been smaller than my left. I forgot because the implants made them look more even. It's hard to get used to them being soft but I love it. I'm afraid going to break them or something. LOL
Having this explant surgery with total capsulectomy has by far been the best decision I have ever made. I had a no idea that the implants was the source of my problem.
