En bloc explant (implant removal) breast lift and fat graft with the best!

Here is my update few months later- this is how my breast looks now without cloths and with cloths. it looks natural, feels soft and finally I can breath better. Getting used to a smaller breast takes an emotional adaptation mostly because it has a different look. My breast now is fuller at the bottom and has a natural drop while with my 250cc implants it was fuller at the top. I believe I retained about 60-70% of the fat. My doctor didn't cut my nipples so my scars are located at the bottom of my breast.
