The size difference on Left side from infection

Here is the profile on the left side compared to the right side. This is terrible. Looking forward to getting these taken out by a different, more highly skilled surgeon!!

Please think twice before choosing Dr. Baron as your surgeon. Such a terrible experience for anyone to go through this just to be turned down due to the lack of quality patient care & skills of this surgeon.

Explant surgery due to an infection & terrible scars

I went to see a few different surgeons to get a better examination & understanding of what is actually going on here. Turns out I have a severe infection that will require my implants to come out. I am thrilled that I found someone who actually cares took the time to look into my situation better. Two more days until explant surgery. I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Baron, the surgeon who had the privilege to operate on me 3 different times has only left me with terrible scars & disappointments. Here are some pictures of the current situation…

Severe Capsular Contracture

After booking an another appointment for a revision in October of 2024 , I felt very rushed again. The doctor didn’t take more than 5 minutes of time to go over the details of my surgery plan. Said a few words & asked if I had any questions… her office manager came in and gave me the quote. Price isn’t something that I want to be concerned with as this is an important surgery that needs to be treated sooner than later. I initially asked for the cost of just one side that has capsular contracture. Was quoted $6400, no problem. After I left I was curious about the cost of doing both sides since it’s been 5 years. I emailed the office manager Gina. She emailed back saying she would get back to me, things were very hectic because they were in the middle of a move. Three months go by… I never heard anything back. I left a 2 star google review recently, due to not only feeling rushed after the first surgery but every single appointment after that. Another reason for this review is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. When I called back the first week of February 2025 to follow up on the quote of doing both sides, I was immediately shut down by the office manager due to my 2 star review… is that how an office professional should lead a conversation? I’ll leave that up to the reader to decide.

Moving on… the office manager Gina proceeded to tell me that she didn’t think Dr. Baron wants to do my surgery because of the review I left… the review was honest about feeling rushed time & time again. Neither the doctor nor the office person reached out regarding that review at any point in time. I explained to Gina, the office manager, that I would be happy to delete the review as well as updating it to a positive review once I met with the surgeon so I could have answers to the questions I had regarding the surgery. She agreed to having me come in to meet with Dr Baron. She even told me that she scheduled me for a 45 min consultation to give enough time for my questions.

I made the appointment to go over all of the questions I had that weren’t answered in the previous appointment due to being rushed. She had the audacity to tell me that Dr Baron felt like she answered all my questions… how can you answer any questions in 5 minutes of an appointment??? I felt like a number instead of a patient. This is not how any plastic surgeon should behave towards any patient, much less a patient returning for a 4th surgery. It is truly appalling to know that I have spent so much money and felt like such a waste of time to this surgeon and her practice. Making informed decisions is crucial when have surgery of any kind. After addressing my concerns on the phone with Gina, she agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week. I asked for the address - She gave me some BS story about how they were still in the process of moving, that they are still in a temporary location and that they could move any day now… mind you it’s been 4 months since their “move”began… this was a HUGE red flag. Why be so secretive about the location. I called the office line on Monday, a few days before my appointment so I could get an address. The front office girl gave me the address without hesitation. Odd right?

This gets even worse… the day before my scheduled appointment, I receive an email stating that the surgeon is not going to see me as a patient anymore because of the review that I left. At no point in time did the surgeon ever reach out to me to address my concern. If that doesn’t speak volumes about this place, I don’t know what else does. I was speechless!!

I don’t like to leave a negative review but this is totally unacceptable. I have been in terrible pain for a few months from severe capsular contracture. The contracture started a couple months post surgery but didn’t progress until years later. This practice is only interested in making money, not quality patient care. I was never contacted for a follow up for any of my surgeries, no outreach of any sort from the office staff. I had to call and ask for an appointment which was difficult to get right away. After having 3 breast augmentations with this surgeon, I don’t believe she has the skill set to do large implants. She could simply have been honest about that from the beginning and saved us both a lot of grief. I hope this review helps others to make an informed decision before considering Breast Body Beauty Plastic Surgery.

Not a skilled surgeon in any way. Terrible bedside manner if any, I never saw the surgeon after surgery which I thought was off. Especially considering I gave her the opportunity to operate on me 3 times. The relationship started in 2015 with this doctor. I really feel that the day of surgery could have been a much better experience if I would have had my medicines filled prior to that day. There was a lot of chaos involved that 1st day post op, which was a quite stressful for me Update: here we are in 2024. Years after being a patient of this doctor. I have felt rushed through the last few appointments I had for the last 3 surgeries. The time spent with each patient has gotten shorter and shorter. Not much time for questions and answers. Very short and unsettling. This surgeon is only interested in making money, not quality patient care. Would never recommend her to anyone, quite honestly would tell others to steer clear of this one and choose a surgeon who is highly skilled with a better bedside manner. This experience has been a total nightmare!!
