I am 36 and have wanted a tummy tuck for a long while now. I had lost about 80-90 pounds and then gain some back. I am scheduled for March 23rd for extended tummy tuck and muscle repair. I read a lot of reviews with people having lipo done with there tummy tuck and not sure what the difference is but hoping to be on the flat side for once in my life. Still trying to lose another 10-15 before surgery. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Lots of water. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to lose weight but to get healthy as you can before the surgery. That's means cutting out the processed foods and getting your vitamins and nutrients in. You can do this. Best of luck!

I had Lipo to the flanks with mine, it adds contour to your body. Don't worry about losing weight, just be healthy and after ward eat healthy. I have been eating fruits and veggies and protein. Stay away from sodium and sugars Good luck!!!!!!!

Good luck on your upcoming procedure. I have read a lot of reviews and the one thing I picked up was avoid all salty food for a good month afterward.

Yesterday was my post op appointment. The pain has been bearable. I have not had any pain medicine as of today just Tylenol. I am posting 2 pictures. My side on one of the pictures looks messed up but it is how I was laying on the table. Love the results as of now.
