How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Best Doctor and Surgery EVER!!
I am 30 years old, 5' 7", 135 lbs, and received a Primary Breast Augmentation.
I chose Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch 450cc (my left) and 415cc (my right) Everything was perfect! I went to 3 different practices' consultations in 2022, and I knew by the time I left Pittman's that I had confidently chosen him to be my surgeon.THE CONSULTATION:2020: It's worth noting that I reached out to this practice about 2 years ago to schedule my consultation. I ended up postponing indefinitely for personal reasons. The Pittman office did not blow up my phone or email with marketing literature or any of that junk like the other practice that I planned to visit that year did throughout my inactively-interested period of time. So that contributed to my positive opinion of Pittman's practice over the past 2 years. It shows that they are not hurting/desperate for business.Fast forward 2 years: March 23, 2023: I arrived excited for my consultation at Pittman Plastic Surgery in Athens, GA. Each and every staff member appeared to be in good spirits, had smiles on their faces, and I could even hear some positive giggling/conversations in back offices, that further supported my impression of an overall positive-environment practice (this is very important to me because beyond the obvious reasons, the second practice I visited for a consultation this year was seemingly very cold, insensitive, in a rush, and just overall unempathetic - this was my first ever surgery. I was very scared and needed constant positive reinforcement. That practice failed me with that at the very consultation). So back to Pittman Consultation - the young gal that assisted me with sizers was polite and knowledgeable, and appeared to have things under control. I tested quite a few different sized implants before picking 2 sizes to be shown through the 3D Vectra software. I had enough time to take pictures wearing different sizers and did not feel rushed doing so. That was nice.Dr. Pittman introduced himself prior to trying on the sizers. He made a recommendation based on my body type, body size, reference photos and my communicated goals. That was a nice reference point.Upon seeing that recommendation in 3D, I felt they were not big enough for my liking. So he sent me with a second 3D rendering of the next size up.1 MONTH POST-CONSULTATION: I made my down payment and booked the surgery. The surgery was about 2 months away. For the following 2.5 months after consultation, I obsessively referred to these 3D renderings, and continued my own research to ensure I was going to be happy with the size and type I chose. I ultimately sourced a Natrelle-brand info guide displaying the exact dimensions of width, projection, etc. of the impants of different sizes, and was able to use that information to make a confident decision of the sizes I would choose (ie. if the pamphlet indicated that a 4xx cc implant was, say, 5.5 cm wide, and projected 4.8 cm from a vertically rested state, I was able to put a measuring tape up to my chest and get a realistic idea of how these implants would fit me proportionally. I highly recommend everyone who chooses Natrelle Inspira to find/use the chart (online).JUNE 9, 2022: At the 2-week-pre-op appointment, I finally made a firm decision to go with Natrelle Inpira SoftTouch Silicone Implants (I was stuck, debating between fully Cohesive and SoftTouch). Furthermore, I finally made my decision to pursue implants 1 size larger than the highest size depicted in my 3D renderings. I also paid the surgery in full at that time, as required. I failed to give my bank a heads-up before doing so, so I had to call the bank at the time and the financial gal was very patient with me (thank you and sorry!). I left excited.JUNE 23, 2022: Day of surgery!!! My precious boyfriend transported me to the facility (same building as consultation), but as per instructed, we entered at the back. I was on time (slightly early) for my 10am surgery. I was VERY VERY nervous and scared, but the staff took very good (and empathetic) care of me. I was worried because I could not eat or drink after midnight as per instructed (meaning no breakfast; no water), and I struggle with avoiding dehydration. Upon arrival, I used the restroom and was almost immediately instructed to put the surgery gown on and get some fluids. I was so relieved to get fluids. I was also able to meet and greet with my anesthesiologist (Jeff?). He seemed to know what he was doing, with confidence, and had a positive impression about him. I do believe that I received the initial dose of anesthetic at that point, even though I thought it was only saline-fluids, because only a few moments went by on the surgical bed before I "passed out" (~30 mins post arrival).Upon entering the surgical room (~30 mins post arrival), I was BALLING IN TEARS, full of fear (remember this is my first ever surgery!!). As I lied down on the surgery bed, I was HEAVING crying in fear, and the nurses continued to try and calm me down. Last thing I remember was leaning back to lie down on the surgical bed, balling my eyes out, the nurse saying firmly "JESSICA YOU'RE GOING TO BE OKAY I PROM-" and next thing I knew, I woke up at my boyfriend's house, in bed, to the sound of my mother's voice around 3pm (how relieving!). I FINALLY HAVE BIG BOOBIES!!!!!!!!!
