I'm am 37 years old, 5'2" and 150 lbs. Ever since puberty I have had larger than normal breasts but didn't think that they were too much of a hassle until after the birth of my Daughter 3 years ago. Like many of the other ladies who post on Real Self, my breasts became extremely saggy and lost a lot of volume at the top. He spent a proper amount of time with me during my consult, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions honestly. He was also very open in his answers to ensure I would have realistic expectations of the results I would get.
The level of professionalism not only from Dr. Fiala but the entire staff is second to none! I went to several different surgeons and didn't feel comfortable, either with the surgeon or certain members of the staff. Dr. Fiala's team is simply amazing. There is no other way to describe them! If you are out getting consults for any procedure you owe it to yourself to schedule a consult with Dr. Fiala.
My reduction and lift surgery went well, not a single complication. My operative nurses were Sandy and Megan, they were both so wonderful and treated me like I was family. They called my husband three times during the procedure so he wouldn't be concerned. The overnight nurse Karen who took care of me is an angel. She anticipated every need I would have before I even asked for it.
My recovery time was quick and rather painless. Dr. Fiala and his staff offer several different packages where you can buy discounted scar reducing agents or massages to help heal the liposuction areas sooner. I was back to work in less than a week, and back to my full routine of exercising in about four weeks.
