Hello I'm 7 weeks post breast augmentation I was 32AA no breast tissue at all I'm an athlete and went for 440cc high profile under muscle sientra but I feel there to small and I don't have no cleavage with a big gap now that I'm 7 weeks post do you think they will look bigger when they drop and fluff helpp???

I’m 8 weeks post op breast augmentation I was a 32 AA GOT IMPLANTS 440cc go sientra under muscle but they look to small they don’t look that size yes I was super flat but I’m guessing there will be some more volume and I can’ even see my scarf, my right looks flat my left looks more round !! do you guys think that when they drop and fluff will get bigger or smaller ? Another thing my cleavage is to open big gap I have some asymmetric too my doctor says is because I was like that already ! Have you guys being through this help this is so depressing and honestly not happy at all !!

I was also pretty flat and got Sientra 435cc and 450cc on the other side/under muscle. I feel the same as you, I went too small, or idk, I see others with smaller size and larger look. I feel just like you. I'm 7 weeks po

Yes it's true there other girls with no breast tissue and get smaller implants and they look like they a pretty good size big ... Do you have any pictures ?

Some women’s anatomy will not allow for the implants to sit close together- they’d have a gap regardless of size. Yours look like they still need to drop. Have you been massaging or wearing a band?

Hi yes I massage them 2x- day for at least 15min and about the band no I'm not wearing no more but I did wear it for 7 weeks right now I'm 9 weeks post op and honestly I see there not getting no better maybe I would need a revision :/ my left breast is long to the side my right boob feels with no volume I'm really worried but I have an appointment with my doctor until dec virtual :/

Hopefully you didn’t get capsular contracture. But they would probably hurt if you did. Yes that still look high and hard for 2 months. Go back to the doc

Hi There, sorry you are unhappy with yours :( I had surgery and was basically flat I ended up with 550ccs took me to a full C. Everyone is so different, in your video they look good , better when you move them from the side to the center. No expert here by a long shot but could it be lateral disp[acement? Also, if your body has a wide gap naturally it will remain so afterwords, could the implant profile be wrong? meaning that a high profile implant is more narrower then a mod or low profile. i have a wide chest and got a mod profile but I still have a gap between mine.

Thank you ... yes I think it is literal displacement , and yes I did had a big gap before but I was so flat and only muscle maybe now it looks weird since now I'm have breast I think I will go back for revision since they do bother me .. but my surgeon says they look good and nothing is wrong but I'm the opposite I feel them to much on my armpit .. and I feel one is higher than the other I just posted a new video

My left boob is hanging to the side I just started having a little pain since yesterday on my right breast around it and it goes to my armpit is like a sore pain you think it can be capsular contactare ? Has anyone have gone through that ? I think I'm going to need revision my breast are to open that They go to my armpit and it bothers , also when I layn down my chest look flat they go to the armpit is that normal ? As you can see on my video my breast is hanging im just so disappointed I don't have anyone to count on at this moment hopefully you girls can help me out with some reviews , if I had a revision do I have to pay or my surgeon ? Please give me some feed backs .should I call my surgeon or wait until my appointment? When I move my breast to the side i can feel a weird sound and it feels not good , I'm worried it can be a silicone ruptured too I don't know what to do nomore !!!
