Dr. Rios was so helpfull in the process. Best surgeon in the RGV! In other matters, didn't like the way you have to first see an office coordinator in order to see him, but anyway, he was a very nice person. I'm happy I chose him as my surgeon. He went many times to see the previews on the computer and was very realistic about the topics I want to know about. I told him I wanted a natural result and he decided to order 2 sizes of implants in case the day of the surgery I decide to go with the little one (210CC) instead of the 240CC. He was so professional and makes me feel that I was doing the right decision with the right person. I do recommend his practice to anyone 100%. The office needs a little improvement, maybe to be able to attend patients at the time of the appointment instead of making patients be waiting for really long time... That is okay in one or other day, but no everytime you had an appointment. The thing I didn't like was on that first visit I had the appointment with one of the office coordinators and after I told her I wanted something natural, she said something like "you will be good with 445CC, if you are going to pay you better pay for something big.. women around here likes it big! you may chose something big!" I was shocked since I never liked big boobs for me, I wanted to see something lot littlier and was only able to see 300CC and for what I saw in the mirrow it was too much. I was kind of not wanting the surgery anymore. I felt like I had an aerosthatic balloon on my chest, lol! And even after that appointment it went a while until I decided I wanted to go back and make a real appointment with the Doctor, instead the coordinators. I really did not like what I saw in the mirror. Even when I saw it in the computer with Dr. Rios didn't like it because it was too much, going from having almost nothing 32A to 300CC it was a lot... And I was really worried about stretch marks and since I'm skinny and didn't have extra skin I thought going bigger will result in an ugly stretch marked boobs with wrinkles, a nightmare lol! After surgery (same day), they looked really big (for me) and I was kind of concerned, but as of today, almost 3 weeks I feel so happy about it, I love them! I got 240CC under the muscle and they doesnt look too big. I think they look natural. If you asked me as of today if I prefer 240's instead of 300's I would say maybe something in between of those, maybe 275 or something like it. Not because I dont like 240's but they look less bigger than in the computer. But maybe I think that way because now Im getting used the them. Maybe, if I had choose the 275 or 300 in the first place, who knows, maybe i will not be as happy as I am now! If you are thinking of getting some procedure done by Dr. Rios please, do yourself a favor and just do it, you will love the results!
