I have always been out of proportion, very curvy on the bottom and completely flat on top. I have always wanted to get a Breast Augmentation done and finally decided to go for it. The cost of the procedure was extremely reasonable and I couldn't be more satisfied. I am SO SO pleased with my results. Dr. Adler is the best plastic surgeon on Long Island!

25 year old, 5'3"- 32A- 36C/D

I got a BA with Dr Adler on May 14th. I am 2 weeks post op today. I went with 435 CC High Profile Silicone Sientra "Gummy Bear" implants.  I went from a 32A to a Full C/Small D and could not be more satisfied! The procedure went extremely well and recovery was very easy. Dr. Adler did such an amazing job on my friends BA that I decided to go to him as well, and I am so glad I did! He is truly the best plastic surgeon on Long Island! The results are totally natural and I finally look in proportion!

I got 505cc high profile Sientra silicone. Are yours textured and are the over our under? Your results are looking great!

Mine are High Profile under- partial submuscular. Thanks so much! I'm only 18 days post op so they haven't dropped yet. I still have a couple months to see the final results but it already looks great! I'm very happy :)
