I had a revision tummy tuck and breast lift/implant revision. Dr. Adler performed the surgery and he exceeded my expectations! He did a beautiful job and I am so happy with the results. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful and the nurses were amazingly patient and kind during and after my surgery. I did not experience much pain afterward and the whole experience was positive. A big thank you to each and every one of you!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Adler for 4 years and I felt that it was time that I left a review about his excellent work ! Dr. Adler has done a few procedures for me over the years, and I must say I have never felt better ! Dr. Adler and his entire staff are extremely helpful and will make the entire experience very pleasant. I’m very pleased with my results and plan on going back to Dr. Adler for any future procedures.
I am very pleased with my results,it was well worth it! I did my research and glad I chose my Doctor. I am excited to see how it progresses even more. I am happy with results after just 1 week. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Follow everything they say to do afterwards and you will be one your way as I am.
I had a wonderful result with my breast reconstruction after having to wait almost 2years after being left & abandoned by another plastic surgeons poor result of a breast reconstruction (I was a 40AAbefore) Dr Adler was very upfront with me that he wouldn't be able to make me perfect, but he could definately make an improvement! Although we both were disappointed that my skin wouldn't permit a larger implant... I was very much improved to a Bcup after being essentially concave!! Due to the 2 years of stress I had lost @75 lbs & after 6 children (2csections) I had a significant amount of redundant skin as well as a enormous separation of the muscle walls... He performed an abdominoplasty at the same of the breast surgery, which turned out very well. Between the 2 parts of the surgery, the breast reconstruction was the more painful if the two because he used a "hand grenade" of lidocain that lasted @ 48 hours that bathed my abdominal area to reduce the level of pain! It's been over 10 years since my surgeries were performed .... And I still recommend dr Adler! He gave me back my femininity!!!
After losing so much weight and having c-sections... I really was not happy with the tremendous amount of hanging skin on my breast, torso and inner thighs... It did not take me long to decide that dr. Adler would be my doctor. He was wonderful from day 1! I'm 8 days out post op and could not be happier with my extended panniculectomy. Dr. Adler is professional, no none sense, friendly and GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES! I could not have asked for a better doctor and practice. Everyone has been amazing! Updated on 4 Nov 2015: As requested
I couldn't be happier with my results from Dr. Adler. One breast was larger than the other and I was unhappy with the shape of them. I went to 4 other consultations and I felt most comfortable with Dr. Adler. My results are amazing and beyond what I expected. From the consultation, to the day of surgery, and my follow up appointments my questions are always answered thouroughly. I'm so happy with my decision to go with Dr. Adler and would recommend him to anyone!
I have always been out of proportion, very curvy on the bottom and completely flat on top. I have always wanted to get a Breast Augmentation done and finally decided to go for it. The cost of the procedure was extremely reasonable and I couldn't be more satisfied. I am SO SO pleased with my results. Dr. Adler is the best plastic surgeon on Long Island! Updated on 28 May 2014: I got a BA with Dr Adler on May 14th. I am 2 weeks post op today. I went with 435 CC High Profile Silicone Sientra "Gummy Bear" implants. I went from a 32A to a Full C/Small D and could not be more satisfied! The procedure went extremely well and recovery was very easy. Dr. Adler did such an amazing job on my friends BA that I decided to go to him as well, and I am so glad I did! He is truly the best plastic surgeon on Long Island! The results are totally natural and I finally look in proportion! Updated on 10 Jan 2015: Updated on 10 Jan 2015: Updated on 28 May 2015: Officially one year! Final result is 34D and I am so so happy! They fit my body and most importantly do not look fake at all. Love love love.
?Hello Everyone, I would like to share my story so that it may help anyone else who is struggling with this decision. I would have to say, the most important factor is willingness to accept the results. That being said, there are many options out there, and hopefully one that will work for you. I chose to have my under the muscle 350 CC implants (one filled to 400 ccs to compensate for a slightly smaller breast) removed under local anesthesia Although I had the implants inserted through my areola, I chose to have them removed through a very small 1 inch incision through the breast crease.? I was initially a full 34 A/Band wanted to be a full B. I listened to my Miami ( at the time) plastic surgeon who insisted i would be happier with a full C. I should let you know, I am only 5 foot 1, and about 110 lbs. None the less, at 23, I perceived this to be the right of passage into womanhood, not to mention mean ex-boyfriends that believed strongly in plastic surgery and strongly against small natural breasts, and it also seemed many other women in Miami also had this procedure. 23 years later, I finally got them out I have been waning them out for about 5 yeas, but I had a difficult time finding a surgeon who was not trying to convince me to get new implants or have a breast life. For years I have felt fake, that my breasts were the center of attention when I walk int he room, and most of all uncomfortable !! Those things were so heavy I love to run, but would find myself on he floor after a run trying to ease my back pain on the cool floor, hoping I could somehow relax my muscles by laying flat. Forget yoga, I felt I had two pillows under me in any floor poses. In any case, chose Dr. Adler for his expertise and compassion as a surgeon, He explained all my options to me. Ultimately I chose the fastest healing time and most tolerable under local, also for fast recovery time. I was a little nervous during the procedure, but I was told to take one pain killer right before the procedure, so that helped, The staff was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable. here was a moderate sting for the shots of local, but this was completely tolerable. I felt one pretty serious shock from the first cauterization, but the doctor immediately gave me more local at this point, after this I felt nothing, and chatted with the nurses. The entire procedure took less than 1 hour. I was driven home, and I slept a lot, mostly because I took the day off, but quite frankly I felt good enough to go back to work ( don't do that. Just listen to your doctor.) However the next day I went back to work, and the rest is history. I have photographed my progress, and hope to keep adding pictures. I feel super happy, and I feel 100% I made the best choice for me. I have an amazing boyfriend who supports, me, brought me comfy bras, and a loving sister who treated me to a VS shopping spree where I brought new bras. I am a a 32 A a this point, which is marked loss of volume I am a little saggy, but nothing I can't live with, and I am hoping I continue to heel. I look forward to hearing your stories, ladies, and I am here to answer your questions. Updated on 22 Apr 2013: Update, I had them removed 12 years later, not 23! That was a typo. I am 35 years old currently. Updated on 2 Dec 2015: Hello all! Thanks for all your lovely responses. Some of you asked for a more recent review/photos to see how it all filled out. I'm still happy I chose to remove them, and this is how they look today. Overall, you can barely tell I ever had them altered to begin with. I feel very lucky and I hope this post helps you with your decision. I really do feel so much better and like me again.
A few years ago I underwent a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Adler which later resulted in me developing two collapsed nasal breathing valves, despite the fact that I never once injured/hit my nose post surgery. From this happening, I then had to undergo a costly revision surgery which was fully covered by insurance due to the health/breathing problems related to it. The surgeon who preformed my revision surgery was a rhinoplasty specialist, and he was quite taken back by the results of Dr. Adler's rhinoplasty and found a number of flaws. I truly am not the type to rant or even type a review online for that matter, but I just feel that this is an important real life story for me to share because the experience truthfully was quite scarring, and it put a huge damper on my self esteem for years until my revision surgery.

Thank you for the inquiry. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Tummy tucks and bbl are commonly done in combination and are referred to as a "mommy make over ". We often will utilize breast implants to further improve fullness and cleavage.
Hello, There are many ways to help pregnancy belly fat both surgical and non surgical. You need to have a formal consultation to see if you are a candidate for cool sculpting which is non invasive and is done in the office. See a board certified plastic surgeons for any liposuction surgery. Best wishes Dr. Hilton Adler Md., FACS
Hello, The only way to corrected diastasis recti is to during the course of surgery correct the muscular mal position back to a normal with sutures. No amount of exercise will fix the problem. You need to see a board certified plastic surgeon to have the surgery.
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is the best procedure to correct lower abdominal prominence related to abdominal wall weakness with or with out excessive skin. The muscular separation is usually corrected with sutures and the recovery is rapid with corrected and attractive abdominal contours. make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Good morning, Silicone breast implants would be possible. Although having silicone implants before 22 years of age voids the manufacture warranty. I recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon to perform the surgery.
