Is this an angioma? How can I treat this? (Photos)

Question

Unsure what the appropriate approach is for this on my nose. is it an angioma or a papule? Does this need a vascular laser or alternative approach?

Diagnosing from a simple photo and especially without any accompanying history is unwise. It would be important to know if the appearance of this spot is recent, or if not, has there been any relatively recent changes in size, shape and/or if there were any symptoms, such as itching or tenderness. 
However, if this is indeed a simple hemangioma, there is really no need for expensive "bells and whistles" laser or other energy-based devices, especially since the hard science to back up their use lags well behind the intense social media buzz and marketing hype that surrounds them. 
I have been treating small hemangiomas on the face and elsewhere on the body using low intensity electrocautery--a relatively inexpensive modality that has stood the test of decades of time for safety and efficacy. You would be wise to seek treatment by a board certified cosmetic dermatologist who can both diagnose and treat you. Hope this helps and best of luck.
