Laser after filler?

Please help. I have this ugly atrophic scar on my nose that I have had filler in over a month ago. It hasn't really helped. Now I am booked in for Er: YAG Fotona laser. Is it dangerous to get this over an area with filler? There isn't much space between the bone and skin here- so it's all rather tight. I'm not worried about it deteriorating the filler quicker- but I am super worried about it causing burns if the filler heats up!
