I had the procedure done six months ago. The doctor is really good and did many passes. I was there for almost an hour and a half. Super professionnal but I don't see any results. Im reluctant to have it done again. It cost me money I'm not willing to pay if I didn't see results in the first place. You answered questions stating that it might take 12months..is that true?1
I had Ultherapy done on my neck. The technician only took 15 minutes. Clearly not enough passes. After 2 months I don't see improvements. Can I do it someplace else after the 3rd month?
It would be helpful in evaluating providers if the patient is armed with this kind of information. I know that each face is different, but a range would be helpful. So far, the only reference is see is a NY doctor who said hundreds of pulses are needed for the right result in a full face treatment. I had the jawline done, with no painkillers needed, and no pain. Three weeks later, I see no results. So having that kind of reference in mind would be an important when choosing a provider.
I used a Groupon at a Chiropractor's salon in LA. The clinician treated the area across my face that includes part of the forehead and crows feet. Everything I have read says treatment should last 40-ish minutes and be of several passes. After 10 minutes, I was done. After 6 weeks there is no effect. I understand I still may not notice an effect until later, but I just feel like I was not given the full treatment. Am I wrong? The treatment cost $400 and the equipment was authentic Ulthera
I've read a great deal online including here on Realself about ultherapy gone very wrong. Realself worth it rates low at 65%. I'm confused why I read so many doctors suggesting it yet so many patients review bad things to their faces! I am week 10 post 2cool sculpt mini sessions and don't see results. Many doctors say to do ultherapy but I'm scared 1) disfigurement from ultherapy 2) loss of more money on procedure that does not work. I'd really appreciate some doctors insight and advice please.
I'm in my late 30s and starting to see signs of dark circles and bags, so I met with a Dr. who specializes in ophthalmology at the end of Dec 2016. He recommended ultherapy. It's been 3 months since my treatment and I haven't seen much change. He said I would see good results at the 3 month mark, but I'm not happy with where it's at. I read it takes time, but now I'm questioning whether I should have gone another route, like restylane. Was ultherapy the wrong choice?
I had UT, 1 upper face txment. The pain and tenderness isn't near what it was up to 4 mos later, but I still have scalp and forehead pain/sensitivity/tenderness and ZERO results. The usual fillers and botox also don't seem as effective and I have seen the meds drawn-up so I know they're using the right stuff. I was told that the pain means it is working...Insight or advice is appreciated.
