We're doing fillers for immediate improvement, but my derm says that for long term management, he suggests other types of treatments. I have no other skin concerns, just the looseness in texture. I have a limited budget so want to focus on the most effective, long-lasting options to lift, tighten & put off the need for surgical interventions at least for a decade. Of Ultherapy, Fractora, Thermage, & Insta-Lift threads, which of these would be most beneficial for firming the lax midface?
I'm looking into getting ultherapy done on the cheek area to tighten up and lift my midface - basically the area from cheekbones to chin. I'm 38 and skeptical that it will even work, but I'm willing to take the chance as long as there are no negative effects. I have read that ultherapy can cause fat loss, and I definitely would not want to lose any more fat in my cheek area.
Hi I had minilift, and voluma before. but I still considering to correct my mid center of face. such as side of nose to side of mouth, it look loose and I like tight face Is ultherapy works or shilhouette lift better? I had shilhouette lift before and felt it was short term result. But I find other doctor seems good at it.so I'm thinking second try. Or Also I had generic machine of ultherapy before.i didn't felt it's really working either I already have filler, so I need advice except filler.
Hello doctors ! My question is if ultherapy can help with volume Loss (specialy mid and lower face ) or basiclly if it can replace a mild to moderate fat loss in face with producing new collegens ? Or it's still needed to be complement with a filler ? As i Said for early skin sagging and volume loss !! Thank you
