I have loose, crepey skin under and around my eyes. It looks OK at rest, but when I smile it all scrunches up and ages me. Im looking into getting Fraxel when I can afford the cosmetic downtime, but Im wondering if Ultherapy would help at all. From what I understand, Ultherapy is performed just outside of my problem areas, but Im wondering if the lax skin would get cinched up a bit if the surrounding skin were to tighten up.
During 2 consultations, I was told that the skin under my eyes can be pulled down towards the orbital bone and that could treat at least some of my problem area skin under my eyes. Is this safe? Is the skin directly underneath my eyes to thin to treat with ultherapy? Ive been reading that ulthera isnt meant for the think skin under the eyes, only on the orbital bone??
Hi! What treatment(s) would be best for tech neck particularly concerned about horizontal bands across my neck (necklace lines from looking down so much, I guess!) and also neck skin laxity. Which non-surgical treatment would be best for me to target neck lines and wrinkles, crepiness and laxity? Im looking for the most effective, dramatic and long lasting results. Thank you!! -Kate (early 30s)
Suddenly seen severe crepiness/looseness on lower arms. Very dramatic & rapidly-occurring. So bad, esp. when arm is not tensed or is held upright. Sick over it and so afraid of what's coming. My arms were fine 4 months ago. I am 62, look younger, thanks to 2 FLs. I have appts with local surgeons for var. lasers. I don't believe they can surgically tighten from elbows down, so am thinking Ultherapy, but open. Anyone had this? Any doctors treated this? How? What about results? $$$? PLEASE HELP!!
I've had med spa consults where all three were suggested however still not clear on these technologies. Do they target different layers of skin? Do they target different parts of the body and face? Do they address same or different concerns? Are they complimentary or best used in conjuction? Can someone please explain how they work and what they address? My concerns are skin tightening/laxity on both face and body, crepiness on eyelids, hands, and joint areas and cellulite on thighs, belly and butt.
Hi, I am considering Ultherapy for the crepey skin on my neck and possibly my face. But I keep reading about how somw who had the procedure said while it did lift the skin, it left them looking years older. They say their faces look sunken and depleted of the natural fats that were once there. Is this one of the side effects of Ultherapy?
I have heard horror stories of ultherapy melting fat off the face, which is not my goal at all, in fact my face is too thin. I am looking to tighten up skin on arms and legs which look very crepey and some cellulite on thighs. For face, looking for overall lifting.
