I had laser Lipo to my full ab, a year ago, which left me with some irregularities and increased laxity. I have had three plastic surgery consult and I've been given three options. I am trying to decide which would be most appropriate for me. I am 56 years old and have had three pregnancies with vaginal delivery.
I have had both a tummy tuck consult and a liposuction consult. I was told the tummy tuck was not a good idea because there wasn't enough skin to pull down, and I would end up with a scar where my belly button was. As for liposuction, the doctor said she wouldn't advise it because there wasn't enough squishy there to suck out. She said she could do my flanks, but wasn't certain it would provide the result I wanted. 5'7 128 lbs. 56. Morpheus8 on my stomach helped a little. Coolsculpt not great
Hi. I am 55 years old. I weigh 107 and I am 5ft tall. I have had 2 cesarean sections leading to lower abdomen adhered scar tissue and a shelf. I also have loose skin above the belly button. I am in great physical shape but no amount of exercise will help with the loose skin. What procedures will be best for permanent results. I have tried lasers and nothing works.
I am 61 years old and considering a full abdominoplasty fairly soon. Is there an age cut off for this type of surgery? I am in excellent health and has been working out regularly in the last 30+ years. I am toned everywhere except for my bulging stomach. Thanks.
I am a 56 year old female and I am interested in lipo and a tummy tuck. I had a hernia repair about 15 years ago. Will the fact that I have mesh disqualify me from having a tummy tuck?
Sagging arms and stomach overhang I have lost 70 lbs over 2.5 years. I'm 64 years old. I exercise on an elliptical and use light weights 4-5x per week. My thighs and butt sag, but I can live with it. What I hate is my arms and lower stomach.
Hello, Im 55, 54, 123 lbs, and experiencing loss of elasticity of my stomach skin. I dont want fat removed. The second photo Im bending forward at the waist. I really dont want a scar, but any movement other than standing upright and still looks bad. I would like to continue to wear a bikini and not be self-conscious. What do you recommend?
I'm a 60-yr old female with good physical health. I had a Tummy Tuck on 5 weeks ago, and now I am having a lot of tightness. One day I think I'm progressing well, and then the next I feel as if I've stepped by several days. I have been wearing a fairly tight compression garment and am uncomfortable without it. I thought I would start feeling better and not as tight as time goes on but haven't. Is this tightness normal at this stage? Also, should I change to a less fitting garment? Please provide any additional suggestion for a speedier recovery. This surgery has really taken its toll on me. I don't seem to be improving as quickly as I feel that I should.
