Hi I have loose skin on my upper abdomen. I went for a mommy makeover consult with a great surgeon. He felt I was too thin and didnt have enough laxity to justify such a huge operation. Fair and appreciate the honesty. So what can I do? He didnt suggest any lasers. He leans more surgical. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am 40 this year and have a 2.5 year old and 11 month old. So I had back to back babies. 52 and 113 lbs. Thanks.
Hello, Im 55, 54, 123 lbs, and experiencing loss of elasticity of my stomach skin. I dont want fat removed. The second photo Im bending forward at the waist. I really dont want a scar, but any movement other than standing upright and still looks bad. I would like to continue to wear a bikini and not be self-conscious. What do you recommend?
Sagging arms and stomach overhang I have lost 70 lbs over 2.5 years. I'm 64 years old. I exercise on an elliptical and use light weights 4-5x per week. My thighs and butt sag, but I can live with it. What I hate is my arms and lower stomach.
I'm a 45 year old mom of two and cant stand my stomach. Im 53 and 110 lbs so not overweight however I have never gotten my stomach back after having my second child. Is my only option a tummy tuck?, what kind? Are there any non-surgical treatments to consider or do I just need to take the plunge? Id rather not have deep scars but Im not sure what else to do and am super self-conscious
35f 5ft 2inch 114lbs. I have diastasis recti 5cm and umbilical hernia. One consult said I could not have a true hernia repair with full abdominoplasty because it would compromise blood flow to umbilicus. He said that only umbilical float could facilitate both simultaneously. However my belly button already sits low but I don't have much excess skin. He did say there's would be some skin excess since he doesn't want to lower belly button too much. Is this a reasonable approach?
I am 55, 120 lbs. Ive had 3 children and lose mainly in the middle and upper part of my belly. I can barely pinch any below the belly button. I am also a breast cancer survivor & would like to have a revision on my implants due to rippling. I dont see a log of doctors showing reverse tummy tucks, but it seems like where I need the work. If Im already getting a cut below my breasts, it seems convenient but would love a professional opinion.
My weight was 112 lbs for at least 10 yrs and I'm 5'5". I am now 126 lbs. I did not change the way I eat. The change in weight started after having my fifth child at age 40. My first two were born in my early 20's and at 36, I had another, and another at age 38. So my last 3 kids I had in the span of 5 years. My body changed very little after the first 4 kids and my weight went back to 112. It was only after the fifth that I felt the need for a Tummy Tuck because of loose skin. Is it possible for this weight gain to be just the loose skin and loose fascia, and all the other loose things that go along with needing a Tummy Tuck? And if so, would this weight be gone after I get a Tummy Tuck? It doesn't look like regular weight gain, it looks like loose skin and tissue. I've looked at many pics of Tummy Tucks, and my abdominal area looks similar to a lot of them. Also, if it IS just loose stretched out skin and slack fascia that is making my stomach muscles protrude, then it wouldn't be fat so I would not need Liposuction, right? Thank you.
Looking to do TT with MR and 360 Lipo. Do you think its too much (to also add in inner though lipo? Will consult with a board certified surgeon. But wanted to have a better vague idea I chat with them about when I do go ahead and consult. 55 formerly athletic, one c section, 110#, 45 yo
