Hello doctor, I suffer from pigmentation in my back from the effects of the old sun. I also mean from coffee spots with milk, as in French. I used a chemical peeling at a doctor, but it left fire marks on my body and the pigmentation increased. I used Kligmans formula, but it relieved them a little, but I still suffer from pigmentation. What do I use? Another cream to get rid of pigmentation, I heard about c, is it really good?cyspera creme
I am taking alpha lipoic acid (I added ALA lastweek on my supplement intake) together with other antioxidants (for whitening purposes) and I notice I get too many small pimples. I know for sure the cause of it ALA. By the way, I am taking Vit c 1000mg, ALA 600 mg, LGlutathione 600 mg, Grapeseed Extract 100 mg, N Acetyl Cysteine 600 mg, Natural Vitamin E 400iU. And i plan to switch ALA to a supplement you'll recommend. I am planning also to add supplements like milk thisle and CoQ10.
I've been recommended 4% hydroquinone (to be applied to my whole face) each night in combination with vitamin C serum every morning with adequate sun protection for skin lightening. I am asian, and reading about the side effects of the hydroquinone and how some recommend not to use it for the whole face, I'm a bit anxious. I've only done this for a week, should I continue or go back for a refund? Thank you
I've heard liquid hydroquinone is more effective than a cream form because it penetrates better. I know the Obagi C Rx line has a liquid form of hydroquinone were as their NuDerm line is in a cream form, both 4%. The Obagi C Rx does have 10% vitamin C mixed with it. Do you recommend liquid over cream form?
