Is liquid hydroquinone just as effective as a cream form or is it better?

I've heard liquid hydroquinone is more effective than a cream form because it penetrates better. I know the Obagi C Rx line has a liquid form of hydroquinone were as their NuDerm line is in a cream form, both 4%. The Obagi C Rx does have 10% vitamin C mixed with it. Do you recommend liquid over cream form?

Another option you can consider is IPL therapy. This is a light based therapy that can be very effective. That can reduce brown pigments, red pigments and reduce active acne. It may be useful to look into this. I recently wrote a large editorial discussing many aspects of this treatment....
