If I take Glutathione injections with a Vitamin C drip on a monthly basis will skin lighten?

There are different protocols for skin lightening with glutathione and vitamin  C . The problem is that the treatment must be sustained indefinitely to achieve the goals you desire and when you stop the treatment your skin color reverts back to what it was before starting the treatment, but while you are on the treatment you risk liver  damage plus the long term effects of high dose glutathione therapy are unknown, there are some suggestions it could lead to cancer???? It is also  Financially unsustainable.So, please consider these draw backs before getting the treatment.
