Sientra Breast Implants + High Profile Q&A

I'm 35 years old, 5'3, 133lb,32/34a, and nursed 2 babies. I chose a 495cc HP Sientra implant. I have another consultation on April 3 to go over the size again and surgery scheduled for April 26. My BWD is 13 cm. I'm just looking for thoughts and opinions. Thank you. I was also told I needed a vertical lift. Obviously, I want larger breasts. I just want opinions on the implant for my body size. Thank you

Currently going to consultations. I wear a 34A bra, though in my first consultation I was told I could technically be a small B. I thought I wants 375cc moderate plus implants for a nice full C small D. The surgeon I felt most comfortable with said I would need to compromise my goal size to find an implant that fits the diameter. Settling on Sientra HP 315CC. Stats: 5'1 136lbs athletic Suprasternal to Nipple: 19 and 19 Fold: 6 and 7.5 BWD: 11.5 and 12 This just seems SO small.

While trying on sizers I fell in love with the 440cc. I originally told my PS I wanted to be a full D, small DD. He told me that 440cc will bring me to a C/small D. They felt and looked huge on me. Is my doctors post op guess conservative? Or is this an accurate assumption? My only other option is 500cc UHP Sientra.I did not like the look of the 400cc UHP I tried on. It projected to far. Hello! According to my consultation, my BWD is 10cm. I have minimal breast tissue, if at all, my surgeon recommended the Sientra HP 285cc. Would there be a big difference going to the next size up; Sientra HP 315cc? According to Sientra's catalog, the width of the 285cc one is 11cm. The 315cc one is 11.1cm. Will this make a big difference? I am 26, 5'4, 115 pounds. I plan on having the incision at the inframammary fold and the implant placed underneath the muscle. Thank you for your help!

I want to fill out my bra without padding (prob 1-2 cups) and want side projection. I fear looking too big/ not fitting into my clothing. I wear a lot of deep Vs. sientra sizing chart below-concerned too narrow. why would doctors have measured me with 2cm difference. So much variance so I'm concerned. Doc is looking between mod plus and high profile ( chart below.) Said due to mild droop would help w lifting a bit. true? too softball like?not trying to have huge boobs just fill out my clothes

So, I got my BA about 20 days ago. I got 415 cc silicone high profile sientra implants but they look small. I was between 440 cc and 415 cc. Now I really regret not getting the 440 cc even tho Im sure its not that big of a difference. Now Im thinking I shouldve at least got 475 cc. I was afraid they were going to look too big on me since I have a small frame but Im not happy with my size. Ive seen girls smaller than me get like 320 cc and they look bigger than mine

350 cc high profile Sientra is what my dr will do. He won't go bigger because of my measurements .

I am 59 and 160 pounds. Recently lost 136 pounds from gastric sleeve surgery. My surgeon suggested a lift which I agree with along with 415cc silicone gummies Sientra implants. Currently I wear a 34C. I want more of a natural-fake implant look. Can I go bigger than 415cc? Id really like HP implants rather than moderate but whats the pros and cons to those two?

I consulted with my surgeon, who only uses Sientra implants. The surgeon said I can get away with going bigger because Im petite with a long torso. 565cc Sientra HP are 14cm :/... is that too big for me?? My BWD is 11.5cm, Im 57, 34A, 2 kids, 135lbs.
