Hi, everyone. About 2 years ago I had a rhinoplasty. After surgery my nose was very swollen so the Doctor decide to give my corticosteroid shot. A month after that my nose started to turn red. I went back a year later to my Doctor to see my nose again so He get me another shot corticosteroid injection. After that my nose got worse now is all with broken capillaries and turn red or blue when its cold, depends. So I dont know what to do I need an advice. Its Vbeam laser a good idea?
3.5 weeks post op. I've noticed the inside my nose near the columella has broken capillaries and redness which are visible looking at my profile and give the impression of my nostrils being much larger than they are. I can also feel two firm lumps either side of the columella that has a cartilage like feeling. I've been applying the antibiotic ointment and took a course of antibiotics two weeks ago but the redness and capillaries don't seem to be settling. Any suggestions?
I had two bumps, one side worse than the other from a deviated septum and naturally large nasal bones. 2nd rhinoplasty, had a very conservative fix and bridge thinning 20yrs ago, this time the attempt to thin has left my nostrils looking horrible. More prominent bulbous tip, the cast looked crooked a bit and it did push the bone up top to one side and is off center. still have discoloration and broken capillaries. Dr is blowing me off, will not have good insurance at a yr. Need Help
I had my nose job done 2 months ago & I understand that I might face lots of unexpected changes in my face & nose during the healing process, but is it normal to suddenly see a red stain like broken capillary on top between eye & nose line ? whereas I never had such a experince, could it be related to my nose job?
