first rhinoplasty in 06' age 28, was very happy with results. By 13' the tip had enlarged and looked very wide when smiling. Had revision by same surgeon in 14' at age 36. He shaved center down, lifted tip, and brought sides of nostrils inward. I have not been happy since and considering a revision with a different surgeon. I like the look of a nose that is thinner in the middle. My nose has no shape to it and just straight all the way down. There is also a bump on one side so it looks uneven.
I had a septorhinoplasty and my nose is SOOO MUCH thinner that what I used to be be and I absolutely HATE IT!!. I know the doctor performed an in fracture osteotomy, but is there any way I can get a revision and get an out fracture osteotomy with spreader grafts to widen my nose? Do rib spreader grafts keep the nose stiff? How thick in mm do the spreader grafts need to be to hold everything in place if an out fracture is performed? Is it very risky since my bone will technically be broken again?
I had a septorhino 2019 and my nose is substantially wider, had asked before op to please not make my nose wider, but it happened. Is there any way I can make the upper and lower bridge a bit thinner with rasping? To what extent would be feasible with rasping? I would be ok with 1mm on each side at the minimum. Anything to look a bit more narrow on the bridge.
I had rhinoplasty about 14 months ago. I like the shape, but I feel like the bridge is too wide still. I really don't like look of an upturned nose, and I like the look of a strong bridge. I also worry about having a kind of webbed look around my eyes if I remove too much bone. Is it possible to make the bridge of my nose thinner without making it lower?
I had a rhinoplasty almost three years ago and Im still a bit unsure about the results. I feel that the tip is still smaller than before but it still looks bulbous with not much definition. From profile view, I feel that the length of the tip is too short. Is there a way to fix these two problems in order to gain a nose that looks longer from side view and thinner/more defined from front view?
I wrote 'before' and 'after' under the photos, so you can tell which is which. I posted earlier on, but I think I have an inverted V deformity. There are also spreader grafts in my nose. My nostrils seems wider than before, and my tip looks like it lacks projection. Will adding cartilage to the tip look fake? I want the front of my nose to be closer to how it was before. I don't care what the side profile looks like anymore. I'd add the bump back to make the bridge less flat. Thank you
