Had revision rhinoplasty 2 years ago, w/rib cartilage to form a defined tip. Excellent results; however, the nostrils look bad due to soft triangle areas having excess skin or cartilage. Can this be resected to round it out? I dislike how they angle downard toward the columella. The tissue to resect in the left soft triangle feels like cartilage from my tip, and right side may be skin or cartilage. ALSO, can kenalog or 5FU create a supratip break? (If I tape it, I get a supratip break for a day)
The surgeon im looking to make a consult with has reviews of his revisions taking four and a half hours and beyond. Will that result in more years of swelling for the recovery or will it still be around two years of recovery? What is the right timeline and protocol for recovery as far as kenalog injections. If i get pregnant during the later part of the healing process, will that mess up my final results. What skin treatments do you recommend are beneficial in the healing process for thick skin?
I had revision rhinoplasty 4 years ago to fix a saddle deformity in my nose. My bridge looks better but the tip of my nose became bulbous and saggy. I would like to know if Kenalog can improve the appearance of my nose tip without having to go through a second revision rhinoplasty.
Hello, I had revision surgery on the tip of my nose and feel it's not symmetrical. One side is much fuller and I'm wondering if it's scar tissue or surgery error. I've asked my surgeon about it but he gave me a vague answer. Do you think a kenalog injection on the fuller side would be helpful to reduce the size?

I had a revision rhinoplasty done 1 year and 3 months ago, involving a rib graft to create a supported tip. I also had an in-office touch-up several months ago to add septum cartilage grafts to the alar rims, to fix the slight alar retraction I had as well as a permanent suture to lift the tip. I'm interested in getting my first ever 5FU/Kenlog injection to alleviate fullness in the supra-tip. Can this solution cause the tip graft or alar rim grafts to deteriorate? Any impact to the perm suture?

I had a rhino 10/2020 and a revision 12/21. My doctor is great and I really trust her I just dont know if its not possible to achieve the results I want, or if my questions and concerns are valid. Im looking for outside opinions :) My bulbous tip/beak never shrunk post-op, despite many rounds of kenalog. I also have these wings or ridges on the sides of my nose that popped up after my first and now second procedure. In your opinion, what is happening here?
I had my 3rd rhinoplasty in August 2021. The first 6 months were fine. After this, a kenalog shot left a bump on the tip. My collumella also began to drop. An in office procedure to trim the collumella was performed in office in November 2022. It has come back again. What can i do?
Would getting steroid shots have any effect on bringing down the swelling in my nose 2.5 years after my third rhinoplasty? I had my first and second rhinoplasties within a year of each other and the swelling went down within a year after both surgeries. I had my third rhinoplasty 2.5 years ago ( with a 5 year gap from the second rhinoplasty )and my nose is a lot wider and the tip is a lot more bolbous than it was before the third surgery. The doctor has recommended I take accutane.
