Whats the difference between picosure & piqo4?

I was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer and have just completed treatment. I am currently 22, with brown Indian skin. Both of my cheeks are covered in pitted acne scars (mostly boxcar), and there are some on my nose. On top of that, I also have a lot of dark spots left over by acne. My dermatologist mentioned that there are no cancer risks to Picosure. However, I am seeking more information and opinions as I'm unsure if there is radiation in the laser or anything like that.

Is Picosure a good option for removing dark spots on the face and reducing acne scarring/wrinkles? I know it's marketed for tattoo removal, but heard recently this could be an alternative to CO2 laser with less down time.

I accidentally dropped my hair iron and it burned my thigh. It left some scars and dark marks and has been 2-3 months. I was wondering if PicoSure would help to fade them away?

PicoSure For Melasma and Hyper-pigmentation can remove dark spots on face permanently?? or we still need to go for sessions lifetime?? which is best for melasma treatment Picosure or Picoway for indian skin please advise. i am getting married in Oct. i have to fix my face before that. I had pico laser treatment for dark spots. I took 6 sessions. After one week from last session I start having hypo pigmentations spots on my face and its been two months there is no change and reavers in my skin tone. Its very depressing and looking worse. I dont know what to do and already scared from this result. Resent my photos.

My age/sun spots were noticeably darker within hours of the procedure and after two days they are still very dark.

My neck has some dark patches due to a number of eczema flare-ups over the winter. Ive finally gotten it under control and my skin appears to be healing well. I have already done two PicoSure laser sessions for my face as part of a package of three and am thinking of having this treatment for my neck when I renew my package. Im interested in skin maintenance and getting back to an even skin tone.

I recently had Picosure procedure on my face to remove dark spots. The setting was to high and my face was burned. Its been 6 days, the swelling has gone down and my face doesnt feel hot anymore. My face is still bright red from the treatment/burn. My doctor says to keep my face moisturized with vitamin E oil. I am concern that this will cause discoloration (more dark patchy spots). What can I do to fix this to avoid discoloration?
