Can PicoSure be used on the neck if there is a history of eczema? (photos)

My neck has some dark patches due to a number of eczema flare-ups over the winter. I’ve finally gotten it under control and my skin appears to be healing well. I have already done two PicoSure laser sessions for my face as part of a package of three and am thinking of having this treatment for my neck when I renew my package. I’m interested in skin maintenance and getting back to an even skin tone.

You might want to revisit treatment expectations with your doctor. Lower eyelids can be treated to the extent that the skin can be pulled over maxillary bone. Because your lesion extends to the lid margin, that portion may not be well treated. If you already know that, it does take more than one...

You will need fewer treatment sessions if you use the Picosure laser. However, you will still need quite a few. I think you are going to have an especially hard time removing the white in the tattoo. The Picosure laser is the best laser for tattoo removal.  be patient. david berman md
