Hello there, this is my second rhinoplasty done. It is with my ear cartilage. I have had this revision with ear cartilage for 2.5 years now and it has become very visible again on the lower tip area. I am assuming the skin is thinning. May I get nose filler to disguise the area on the tip that shows? Also, even with the cartilage nose implant, what are the chances that this extrudes? I am paranoid about that as well. I dont know if Im just paranoid and overthinking. Thank you so much!
Just before the end of my nose (about 2/3 down) the angle of my nose changes to point down. I always wanted a 'cute' nose and I don't think mine is. I wondered if fillers would achieve the look I want? I'm a bit worried about a surgical nose tip lift because my skin is very thin and I've been told before that this might be a complication. And, I'm nervous that fillers will make my nose look bulbous. In addition, would it be beneficial to balance out a new nose tip with fillers in the chin?
I had a non surgical nose job 1 month ago and now in the sun or light my nose glows red. Concealer does not suitably cover it. My doctor said that this is a result of thin skin on the nose and a lot of filler under the skin. He told me it is best to leave it alone and that it will fade away with time. I really hate how it looks when the light shines on it. Do you think I should wait and it will fade (and how long should I expect this to take?) or I should look to get some of the filler dissolved?
I did asian rhinoplasty 6 months ago and noticed a small bump on nose tip and my surgeon said it was the rib cartilage showing bc my nose tip skin is too thin as I have a history of doing thread lift to my nose. he suggested revision however I don't think I have the time until next year is there anything I can do myself to remedy this without revision? maybe a cream to thicken my skin? because I don't think I can do revision anytime soon.
I got primary rhinoplasty and I love how it looks but in certain types of lights my tip nose looks very narrow. I had very bulbous nose before but now I think it looks fake. Do fillers may help with the pinched tip nose? I read it's called shrink wrap and the cartilage shows when the skin is thin. I don't know if I need tip plasty or fillers or if this is normal.
