The tip of my nose is too long and I can shorten it using pressure and when i do it looks a lot better. The problem is its only temporary and returns to its original shape after a few minutes. Is there a way to make it permanent? If i keep doing it overtime will it eventually change shape permanently? I dont want rhinoplasty so i'm trying alternative methods.
I have a bump and developed and dimple/dent in the left side a few years ago. Can fillers be used to fix the dent ? I don't know what to do. Not sure if the bump is a cyst or just scar tissue. The dimple is about ten years now. The bump has been there since the surgery 30 years ago. wishing I never did it. The Dr told me he took too much off one side and to massage it, but the bump never went away. I could live with the bump but now the dent looks horrible.
I have had filler injected along the sides of my nasal bridge to purposefully widen it before and loved the appearance. This was years ago before the risks were well known. My current injector says he can place filler along the midline using a needle, then massage it immediately outward to the sides of the nose. Does this massaging put me at higher risk for complications or occlusion? Does the g prime level of the product also factor in? Any areas to avoid massaging?
Can picking my nose 1 knuckle deep with my pointer finger or thumb, make it bigger or stretch out the overall shape and size of my nose? Additionally, can pushing, pinching, pressing, squeezing, massaging, and or bending my nose, permanently impact or change the nasal cartilages or overall shape and size of the nose?
