Given the height of your bump (dorsal hump), nonsurgical rhinoplasty will not be able to give you a completely straight profile. Buidling up the bridge above the hump (radix) will soften the appearance of the bump, but will also increase the overall size of your nose. The bump is made of cartilage and bone and the only way to get rid of it would be to remove it surgically.

Fillers may be reasonable, but they are limited in application. To

The hump on the nose is created from both bone and cartilage. The only way to remove it is to shave the bone and cartilage down with surgery. Osteotomies will also be required to prevent a flat top nose deformity

It would be important to identify whether the bump is caused by an underlying medical condition first before addressing it for esthetic reasons.
