I have been steadily getting my tattoo laser removed. My tattoo removal technician has recommended that I get microneedling on my tattoo to help reconfigure/reconstruct some of the scar tissue on it. This is because the scar tissue has trapped some ink particles and that microneedling may help release the trapped ink and speed up the removal process. Im a bit skeptical on this, additionally I have never heard of microneedling on anywhere but the face and I cannot find a provider who offers this
