Lower Facelift + 3 Weeks Post-op Q&A

I had a lower face lift 3 weeks ago + I usually get Botox on my forehead + glabella + crows feet. Thanks!

I am 69 I had a lower facelift and eyelid surgery march 1 I plan to take a 3 h plane ride on April 8 , so its six weeks by then . I am healing very slowly because of my age and hashimoto disease .

I had a lower facelift and necklift 3 weeks ago. I had a hemotoma that had to be evacuated the next day. Then I had a seroma on the same side, it was drained 4 times and I wore a compression garment and it went away. Now I have irregularities on that side it's hard swollen and bumpy. My PS said to massage it. How long till it goes away. Will it go away on its own? How often should I massage it ?

I had a lower facelift and neck lift 3 1/2 weeks ago. I have an indentation on my left cheek that appeared about day 6. I have been massaging at the direction of my plastic surgeon. I am concerned that it is staying the same. Any thoughts on what this is or what can be done about it?

Last night I went out with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. The meal was salty but I was enjoying myself. Today, I have visible swelling. How long does salt affect facial swelling? Will it forever be this way whenever I eat salty foods? My health is good and I have low blood pressure. Does the increase in swelling from this incident affect my outcome? I assume if I drink plenty of water, have some coffee, etc. the swelling should go down by tomorrow or the next day. Thank you.

Can a jawline be pulled up without the cheek internal sutures (not at the hairline but in the cheek)?

A top board certified PS did my lower face/neck lift. He said the area under my chin would be tightened; now there's a 2-3 inch scar there. My droopy profile, jowls are corrected. I'm only 3 wks out and can't see full results due to swelling in cheeks, jaw, submental area, but I do see platysma banding now. How can this be if the muscle was tightened? Are there other neck muscles that can be tightened besides the platysma? If it was a cervicoplasty, does that tighten muscle as well?

My Ps wants me to return back abroad to aspirated. Can this be done by a general surgeon in the uk how do they aspirated? is it with a needle or drain do other doctors feel aspiration is needed.my neck looks worse than before at the moment

My left ear is bleeding quite a bit - like a minor nose bleed with lots of crusty blood forming every morning behind and in the back crease. I was told that I had a opening where my eye glasses were hitting and could I not wear them. That is impossible.I did find a cloth headband to protect my ear and put my glasses OVER it. Do you think I need a stitch or graph to fix this. I was told this could take a month to close and to put ointment on it.
