I had liposuction and bbl in 2019. I was extremely burned and I do not feel like the doctor did enough to ensure that my burn would not look like this. It's been five years, the burn itches and hurts. I got it done in the Dominican Republic. background: lipo: July 2019- the pain was unbearable, I felt like my skin was burning from the inside out. January 2020: I became pregnant so a revision was out of the question. I am looking for a reconstructive plastic surgeon in CT to assist me.
I had lipo 10 months ago. I noticed right after my lipo that I had pink and tender spots on my abdomen as seen in the first picture. My doctor said they were bruises. Those pink areas turned very dark and they feel thicker and bumpy. Are those areas burns? He said it's hyperpigmentation.I also had a lot of fluid in my upper abdomen and below my belly button. My doctor didn't want to remove the fluid. My abdomen has a bulge and feels hard where it pokes out. Is the bulge because of the fluid?
I'm 5 weeks post op with Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. Is it normal to feel like the inside of me is raw or burning? How long will it take it before it's safe to go without the compression garment on? Some days, when I feel as if the compression garment is rubbing me raw, I check my skin and all is fine. My back is really sore from the liposuction and I can still feel where the liposuction was inserted. Also, should I massage my skin more often in a day?
I had a TT, BL, BA and Lipo 360. My doctor is board certified. The morning after surgery I was covered in bruises which i knew would happen. I had one spot that was extremely raw like a burn. I asked my surgeon and he insisted it was a bruise, even after it turned black and necrotic. 2 weeks post op he finally prescribed me silvadine cream. By this point it was completely black. He still claimed no wound care was needed. I finally decided to go to a wound care clinic to have it taken care of.
Hi, wanted to know if its normal that my skin on my tummy is darker than normal after liposuction. What can I do to lighten it up? I have a faja burn and Im 12days post opp. How can I grate the faja burn? Im currently using faja cream. The skin is currently peeling off now is indication it is healing?will I be left with major scars? What is best to put on this to reduce scar and appearance of the burn.
I have a very deep dent on my side after wearing the faja for like 10 days after lipo. The nurses are saying its a faja Burn because my Faja was sometimes not straight and I wasnt sleeping well hence the faja movement. I hate how it looks and its making me emotional. I dont wanna look like this for the rest of my life...
Had aggressive liposuction and bbl 2 weeks ago. Love my results but I have pretty bad lipo burn. I went to the emergency room and they said to just put cream on it. I put the medicated cream then Dress it then wear my compression garment but the dressing rips the skin off when I change it. How can I heal this faster?!
