Liposuction + Bruising Q&A

I had lipo 10 months ago. I noticed right after my lipo that I had pink and tender spots on my abdomen as seen in the first picture. My doctor said they were bruises. Those pink areas turned very dark and they feel thicker and bumpy. Are those areas burns? He said it's hyperpigmentation.I also had a lot of fluid in my upper abdomen and below my belly button. My doctor didn't want to remove the fluid. My abdomen has a bulge and feels hard where it pokes out. Is the bulge because of the fluid?

11 days post-op and lots of dark purple bruising- how long until that normally fades?

The aesthetician really exerted a HUGE force in gliding the machine on my arms which really hurt a lot during the treatment. Was that force necessary?

At my 2 week post-op appointment my doctor said I might get sesations of hot or cold as the bruised nerves heal. He claified what he meant by saying that it may feel as though I had a hot or cold pack against my skin. I did a lot of research and this is one thing I never ran across. Interested in comments on this topic for myself and others.

Hi! I had a tummy liposuction plus renuvion eight months ago and since the beginning Ive got bruised my penis which is much darker than it used to be. My doctor said to me that I can expect that bruising might occur in this area but I am concerned that it lasts for so many months. What can be done to get back its normal color?

I haven't been able to find any other photos or people that have experienced this - can someone please help? The surgeons at my clinic have assessed and are unsure. Also I have a flat hard wall behind the area that was liposuctioned, im not sure if thats linked with the blue/black type bruising - there is zero pain.

Hello dear community. Im 8 days post op of Lipo for fat grafting taken from inner thighs(25 ml each), no compression needed, because of little amount, my doc said. Since Friday there is this redness in my bruise. It itches and hurts while walking or touching it. My bruise is better, but the redness is still the same. Infection? Allergic? Fat necrosis? My doctor said from the pictures its normal, but Im not sure...I had Lipo before and never experienced this. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you
