Lip Fillers + Cold Sore Q&A

I get cold sores herpe simplex break out maybe 2 times a year. Not bad break outs, but I have herd that getting lip augmentation with filler can cause sever herpes simplex outbreak. Is this true? How can this be prevented?

Can you get lip injections if you get cold sores? I get maybe 1 or 2 a year and they are very minor as long as I use abreva from the first sign. What would I need to do before and after injections to minimize the possibility of cold sores?

Three months post lip fillers and started developing swelling, tingling which eventually led to several cold sores all over top and bottom lips I typically get one or two cold sores a year but, nothing like this. Could I be allergic to fillers this far out post injection? I would say there's roughly 5 or 6 blisters between top and bottom lips. Do I have to dissolve my fillers?

 And how long does the fillers last

Sorry if this is a gross question but Im worried and my clinic isnt open til Monday. I have a cold sore on my lip which cracked and opened when I was talking earlier. I could feel and see it leaking some clear liquid (it wasnt thick) right after so not sure if this is normal (like something from a blister) of if its filler coming out. Ive had the filler a few months so it is settled but my lip is swollen due to the cold sore so its hard to tell if Ive lost filler. Could it have happened?

I realize that injections to the lip area can activate a cold sore during the procedure but I'm wondering, is there a higher occurrence of flare-ups after the initial injection for the months following?

I was wondering if theres anything I can do to make this border generate? Basically my lip is connecting to my lower lip line without the border.. when I look closely, the little white cells on the border is reduced :/ Is there any cream, laser treatment to regenerate that??
