Can I remove lower face fat with Kybella? (Photo)

Im a relatively skinny person but when i smile i have a bit of fat on my lower face, it looks worse when I smile and makes my face look quite wide. What would be the best route to remove this fat?

Something like this that is only present when you smile should not be addressed with Kybella. Kybella would permanently remove some of the fat under the skin. What would your face look like when you're not smiling yet some of that fat has been removed? Be extremely cautious when considering removal of fat from the fact. This is permanent and not easily corrected. Perhaps a better option is a facelift, though it's difficult to determine if this is appropriate without more pictures of your face at rest and pictures taken from several different angles.
