Im 4 days out from having my lips done. Ive noticed that I have a rash on the outside of my lips and small, skin colored dots ON my lips. Both of them are very itchy and cause my lips to swell more. Is this an allergic reaction to Juvederm, or possibly the numbing cream that was applied?
I'm having my lips done Tuesday. The nurse at the office said they don't use a topical cream or dental block, the juvederm has lidocaine in it. The woman that does my eyelash extensions had her lips done by my plastic surgeon and said she got a dental block though. I'm nervous...how painful is it without getting a topical cream or dental block?
Today i had my first 1.1ml of Juvaderm smile filler in my lips today. My lips are very very small and in my consultation today i was told id need another session. I had numbing cream before the injections, this helped a lot! But its the aftermath that im struggling with, its difficult to eat/drink as its very uncomfortable and kinda sore. Whats the best pain relieving remedies for this? I want to know so i dont feel this uncomfortable after my next session! TIA x
I've had juvederm twice injected into my lips. Both times the offices would only put a white-colored, surface-numbing cream on my lips. But I have seen videos of people having a gel added to the inside of their mouth and they feel NOTHING at all during the injection. Even though I have that surface cream - I still feel the needle poking and jabbing inside my lips and it hurts! Why don't the offices offer a more painless option? I know they're out there - what are they?
I had lip augmentation with Juverderm (1ml) done on Thursday, by a cosmetic surgeon visiting my local beauty salon. I bled badly as soon as he started the procedure, and it was agonisingly painful, despite numbing cream. It was very scary, because he was concerned about my blood vessels. There was minimal consultation, no pre-procedure or aftercare info, and I feel very naive. My lips swelled up hugely and I now look like I've been punched, the bruising is so bad. Is this normal?
After the numbing cream wear off, Temple area where I had filler hurts, which it never happen before. And there were obvious bumps apx Size of a quater. The headche spreaded and continue til today, the third day. Even my eyelid starts to hurt. I've read other realself review, at least 10 other reviews about headache after temporal filler. It's not the first time I got juvederm filler, so the headache definitely wasn't because of nerves or stress. I am really worried.
