I got Juvederm in my cheeks over a year ago & now it has migrated towards my right eye & caused a tyndall effect & also a puffy under eye. I'm not interested in getting it dissolved because I am worried about over doing that and no longer have access to the doctor who did the initial filler. But was wondering if massage can help get rid of this slowly? Or will this go away on it's own or is it going to be like this forever? Should I not get filler in the future if this has happened in the past?
Hi doctors, I had my tear trough done twice by the same doc however the second time I instantly had a bump right away after the injection . He told me it will go away after a couple of days so I waited but not just it didnt go away and the Tyndall effect worsen over time. So I went back to have it dissolved TWICE however on the one side is still not dissolved while the other side is left with an indent crease. PLS HELP! Should I dissolve for the 3rd time or will PRP undereye treatment help???
Hello: Is this Tyndall effect? I have already visited different doctors (not only because of this, I have taken other procedures) and got different opinions: 2 of them are sure that is Tyndall effect (one proposed to inject hyaluronidase and the other recommended just wait, the other 3 thought it is genetics( 1 recommended nanofat). Is there a scientific way to check it Tyndall is the main cause of the dark circles? Regards, J.
I had hyaluronidase injected this afternoon to dissolve Juvederm under the eyes that had created puffiness and tyndall effect. Seems that the enzyme has worked already but EEEEKKKK!! deep hollows/indents under my eyes. SCARY!!! May be worse because of natural HA dissolving (though I believe it will regenerate). How soon can I have a filler reinjected? And should I rather use Restylane for this area? Please someone tell me that this problem is solvable!! I feel like I look awful now! thank you
had tear trough with check augmentation 4 weeks ago, 10 days ago had top up as one eyes was still puffy with a bruise and the other still hallow with tyndall effect , she tried to get the some the filler via needle to take the tyndall effect but actually got worse and she is offering a dissolve tor the filler
In efforts to resolve what I was told by three doctors was Tyndall effect in my marionette lines I had three Hyaluronidase treatments. The last derm recommended a more aggressive treatment as I had some small bumps at injection site. I was very hesitant but she scared me so I went for it. She assured me there would be no damaging impact. Now I m horrified as I have hollowness in my eyes which were never my problem area. My skin feels flat. And the discoloration is still there.
I got tear trough fillers 5 months ago. I had edema 3 ish days following the fillers. It got really bad in May. I was injected with Juvaderm Ultra/ 0.1cc on each eye. Under muscle.had it dissolved by different injector with hyaluronidase. It worked the first time in removing tyndall effect and firmness of fillerbut I still had edema so I thought to get another round of dissolver. It's still super swollen and doesn't look different. Will this edema ever go away? I never had this before juvaderm.
I had Juvederm under my eyes which I now know is not ideal. I had puffiness that I was able to get dissolved through multiple hyaluronidase treatments. However I now have a more obvious tyndall effect showing since the puffiness was hiding it. The last two of five hyaluronidase treatments has been to help the tyndall. However seven days out of my last treatment, it looks like the areas are even darker, bo bruise. Should I keep doing this or am I causing damage? I'm only 29.
i had hyaluronidase because of tyndall effect. my skin is not back to normal yet. i didn't have any obvious bruising after the hyaluronidase injection, but my undereye area is still discolored (may have been discolored when i still had filler, but it is difficult to tell because of the tyndall effect). question: am i still bruised, could it be hemosiderin staining of post inflammatory hypigmentation?
I had high cheek and temple fillers placed a while back at the recommendation of my doctor after concerns about smile lines. The effect was lumpy, uneven, and created a hollow under the eye when smiling, and a Tyndall effect. I got it dissolved a couple weeks later and then went to another dr for PRP injections under the eyes. Now Im noticing residual filler (theres a blanching spot on one cheek right where I can feel the filler.) Will getting more hyaluronidase ruin the PRP treatment?
