Will getting more hyaluronidase ruin the PRP treatment?

I had high cheek and temple fillers placed a while back at the recommendation of my doctor after concerns about smile lines. The effect was lumpy, uneven, and created a hollow under the eye when smiling, and a Tyndall effect. I got it dissolved a couple weeks later and then went to another dr for PRP injections under the eyes. Now I’m noticing residual filler (there’s a blanching spot on one cheek right where I can feel the filler.) Will getting more hyaluronidase ruin the PRP treatment?
